Très bonne cuisine , beau paysage , personnel parfait ! Seul bémol c'est que j'aimerais que la haute cuisine en France soit un peu plus démocratisée à ceux et celles qui n'auront jamais les moyens de payer de tels prix...

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish—beautiful views from the restaurant of Saint Paul de Vence, perfect service and incredibly delicious food. Everything was memorable. We made the mistake of snacking a lot in the afternoon prior to dinner, and so weren’t exactly hungry when we got there and so took the shorter 5 course. We were a group of 6 and they were accommodating about us taking different courses, could even swap out at the last minute a lamb course that I couldn’t have for one of my own choice from the a la carte options.

Lobster was truly outstanding—sweet and juicy and flavorful; citrus dressing and berries that brightened the flavors, not to mention exquisite plating. Cepes mushrooms risotto was incredible — meaty fragrant morsels of mushrooms in some heavenly sauce. Absolutely devoured it despite arriving half full. My zucchini flower stuffed with mushrooms and truffles was insane—huge chunks of black truffle discovered within the flower. Overall for the experience it was also so affordable compared to other fine dining places. There was a whole bunch of desserts as well, they were never ending! We were so full but the bread was so good and so we stayed till late, trying to savor all the last bits.

We had such a wonderful time, thank you! Would love to visit again.
