Staying at Château Eza was like stepping back in time. The chateau is full of history and charm, in the heart of the medieval village of Èze. Château Eza is perfectly located offering stunning views throughout the day whether you’re enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

We had breakfast and dinner on the terrace, both times with sweeping panoramic views of the sea with boats and the surrounding mountains. It’s hard to put into words how peaceful and beautiful it is, truly unforgettable.

The service at Château Eza deserves its own spotlight. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. From the bellman to the staff who saw us off at the end of our stay, we experienced nothing but warm hospitality.
If you’re staying for more than one day (which I highly recommend), make sure to visit Les Remparts restaurant as well. It features an incredible terrace with arguably the best views in Èze — and that’s saying something!
All in all, Château Eza is a unique and enchanting place that blends history, luxury, and unmatched views.

Dining at Château Eza in Èze Village was nothing short of a sublime culinary journey. Each dish was a masterpiece, a harmonious blend of flavor, texture, and artistry that celebrated both local ingredients and refined technique. The pacing of the meal was impeccably orchestrated, allowing every course to shine in its moment.
Set high above the Mediterranean, the restaurant is perched on the edge of a cliffside, offering breathtaking panoramic views that stretch across the hills and out to the shimmering sea. The ambiance is enchantingly romantic, with stone terraces that seem suspended between sky and water. It’s not just a meal, it’s an immersive experience where gastronomy and nature meet in perfect symphony. Simply magnificent.

Nous avons été très déçus par notre passage au Château EZA à EZE. Après nous être installés en terrasse, nous avons attendu 25 minutes sans qu’aucun serveur ne vienne prendre notre commande. Nous avons dû relancer pour enfin pouvoir commander un verre.

Autre point regrettable : toutes les tables autour de nous ont reçu un petit apéritif à grignoter avec leur commande… sauf nous. Aucune attention, aucune explication.

Heureusement, la vue était agréable — mais cela ne suffit pas à compenser un service aussi négligé. Dommage, car le lieu est très sympa.

何十年もあこがれ続けてようやく来ることができました。

ホテルのある道路は車進入禁止なので、坂道の下で車を降り、重い荷物をガラガラ押して坂道を上るのですが、途中シャトーエザの荷物預け場所が右側にあり、荷物は別送で運んでくれます。手ぶらになった人間だけ歩いてシャトーエザの受付まで行きます。

ホテルの受付と部屋は少し離れています。
チェックインした後でレストラン併設の素晴らしい眺めのテラスでウェルカムドリンクを頂きました。
とにかく絶景過ぎて部屋に戻りたくないくらいです。

建物は古いので同じ階段の部屋の宿泊者が歩く音が聞こえました。

部屋の中はリノベされていて現代的です。部屋は広めですし、バスルーム、洗面所、トイレはかなりのスペースをとっていて素晴らしいです。

部屋は海側ではなかったですが特に問題なしです。眺めにこだわりがある方は海側の部屋の予約をオススメします。

ヨーロッパでよくあるドアのカギなので開閉の仕方が本当難しかったです。

チェックアウトの時、受付の方に聞いたのですが全室で14部屋のみだそうです。

What an experience! Amazing views! Beautiful rooms! It was a unique and wonderful experience. I love the mix of the modern and old. Every staff member was so attentive and helpful… my wife and I were treated like VIP’s. Lilia, in particular was so helpful in answering all of our questions and accommodating all of our requests.

Each year I visit this place. This place has the most beautiful view of the Côte d’Azur. The bar and restaurant are separated, and if you want to seat in the restaurant with the view I advise you to reserve even months before. The service is top, some drinks are more expensive but you can pay for your magnificent experience. You can also go alone and you will not feel to be alone.

We stayed here for two night and decided to try the lunch and were absolutely blown away by the view. The terrace overlooks the sparkling blue coastline, and every dish served matched the scenery in beauty and precision.

The tasting menu was good, but not surprisingly good. I think it deserves the Michelin 1 star by its creation and full presentation, and the tastes itself can have some room to improve.

Each course was artistically plated and bursting with fresh, seasonal flavors.

The fish main course was impressive — tender, delicately wrapped in greens, and served with vibrant vegetables and a foamy herb sauce.

The meat course was perfectly cooked, juicy with crispy skin, and accompanied by a deeply flavorful jus. The port itself is quite interesting, it has rubbery texture in a good way.

Desserts were really good! Every bites on the point.

Service was professional but relaxed, and the pace of the meal allowed us to truly enjoy the food and surroundings.

One thing is they serve really slow so we ate for 3 hours.

Restaurant and cafe offer great views. Coffee is just okay but it’s still worth going. Staff are super welcoming. And it’s worth mentioning as the Chateau d’ore nearby is very fussy… not super friendly either

Booked a family suite to enjoy the Chateau for 1 night…the suite was amazing as we enjoyed the room layouts, the views, and the room amenities. Pricey but worth the experience to enjoy the best of Èze village!

프랑스에서의 2주간 신혼여행 중 가장 기억에 남는 식당입니다. 절벽과 바다가 어우러진 주변 풍경이 정말 아름다워, 아내와 함께 오랜 시간 앉아 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다.
미슐랭 레스토랑다운 품격 있는 음식에도 또 한 번 감탄했어요. 에피타이저부터 메인, 디저트까지 모든 메뉴가 정말 훌륭했고, 어떤 음식을 선택하셔도 후회하지 않으실 겁니다.
직원들도 매우 친절하고 프로페셔널해서 전반적인 경험이 완벽했습니다.
다음에 프랑스를 다시 찾게 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하자고 아내와 약속했어요. 그땐 대중교통을 이용해 와인도 한잔하고 싶네요 :)

This was the most memorable restaurant during our two-week honeymoon in France. The stunning views of the cliffs and ocean made for a truly unforgettable experience, and my wife and I spent a wonderful time together just soaking it all in.
The food was exceptional—truly worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. From the appetizer to the main course and dessert, everything was absolutely delicious. You can’t go wrong with any choice on the menu.
The staff were also incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire dining experience flawless.
My wife and I promised each other to come back here the next time we visit France. Hopefully next time, we can take public transportation and enjoy a glass of wine too :)

Since this place is so popular, booking in advance is a must. We made our reservation two months ahead and were rewarded with the best table in the house. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance!

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night in a suite with ocean view. Very expensive but totally worth it. Great service too!

샤토에자에서 최고의 대우를 받으면서 식사를 했습니다. 런치 코스를 주문하면 가장 합리적으로 먹을 수 있습니다. 점심 시간에 방문한 사람들은 모두 다 런치 코스 먹었어요. 메뉴를 선택할 수 있어서 같이 오신 분이 있다면은 다른 메뉴를 선택해서 나눠 먹어 보는 재미가 있습니다. 예약 필수 입니다. 빨리 예약 하셔야 좋은 자리로 안내 받을 수 있는 것 같아요.
탭 워터 비용을 받는 것으로 추측 되니 꼭 드실 분만 드세요. 어느정도 돈을 쓴다 생각하고 방문 하셔야 합니다.
개인적인 생각으로는 뷰값도 포함되지만 그보다 훌륭한 서비스를 받는 비용이라고 생각합니다.

Choosing this restaurant atop Eze mountain was an inspired decision! We secured a balcony table and were treated to a truly unique setting, enjoying our meal with uninterrupted vistas of the far-off mountains and the stunning Côte d'Azur. It was incredibly tranquil and enjoyable.

As expected from a Michelin one-star restaurant, both the food and service were exceptional. Every dish demonstrated remarkable creativity while perfectly enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients. The experience left our palates feeling light and refreshed, rather than overwhelmed.

The single minor point would be the heat. Lunch outdoors in Eze at this time of year can get quite warm. If the restaurant could offer some relief, such as ice or small fans for those on the balcony, it would elevate the comfort level to perfection.

Overall, it was a very satisfying and memorable dining experience...

The Chateau Eza is the type of property you need to stay at to truly understand just how exceptional it is. The location and village is fantastic and magical. The hotel is STUNNING and the entire experience from the welcome drink to the tasting menu is perfection. What really stood out is the staff. Every single person was kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. It was one of my favorite stays of this year and cannot wait to go back.

We recently dined at Château Eza, a Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in the picturesque Eze Village. The evening began with promise—champagne in hand, seated at one of the best tables in the restaurant, and in the company of dear guests visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, what followed was an experience that no amount of sea view or candlelight could redeem.

One of our guests, recovering from a recent medical operation, clearly communicated her strict dietary restrictions: no oil, no butter. Despite this being acknowledged by the staff, her fish was served with butter on top, a careless and unacceptable mistake for any restaurant, let alone one claiming Michelin standards.

Then, at the end of the meal, an even more disappointing incident occurred: a server spilled an entire hot espresso on one of our guests. His skin was burned, and his outfit, an expensive one, was completely ruined. While we handled the situation with grace, choosing not to escalate out of respect for other diners who might have been celebrating, we fully expected the management to take ownership of their serious failings.

Instead, they quietly crossed off a few drinks from the bill and presented us with the remainder. It was only after we firmly expressed our dismay that they waived the bill entirely. Still, even at no charge, the damage was done—physically, materially, and experientially.

A Michelin star is not just about the view or the wine list. It is about consistency, precision, and above all, hospitality. Château Eza fell dramatically short on all fronts that evening. The food was mediocre, the service negligent, and the management shockingly tone-deaf to what should have been an obvious gesture of accountability.

This was not just a disappointing evening—it was a breach of trust. Dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant is meant to be memorable for the right reasons. Ours was memorable for all the wrong ones.

Ogni mattina, aprire gli occhi e godere della vista del mare direttamente dalla nostra piscina è stato un vero lusso che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.||Un’altra esperienza che ha reso il soggiorno indimenticabile è stata la cena al ristorante dell'hotel. Un vero e proprio trionfo di sapori e raffinatezza, dove ogni piatto è stato un viaggio sensoriale. La cucina è una perfetta fusione tra tradizione e innovazione: antipasti freschissimi e creativi, pesce appena pescato, e carni preparate alla perfezione. Ogni boccone ci ha sorpreso con un equilibrio di sapori intensi e delicati, arricchiti da presentazioni artistiche che rendevano ogni piatto un'opera d'arte.||La vera magia della serata, però, è stata la location. Cena servita all'aperto, sotto il cielo stellato della Riviera, con il suono delle onde che si infrangono delicatamente sulla riva e una brezza leggera che accarezzava la pelle. La vista sul mare illuminato dalla luce della luna ha aggiunto una dimensione emozionale che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un'atmosfera unica che ha reso ogni portata non solo un piacere per il palato, ma anche un’emozione per gli occhi e il cuore.||In sintesi, Château Eza è il perfetto equilibrio tra lusso, storia e bellezza naturale. Inoubliable, l accueil et la gentillesse du personnel dans son ensemble ,le petit cours d histoire de yaya sur la terrasse.
La table gastronomique, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de notre chambre avec notre amie la mouette. Tout n est que regale et parfait.le jardin exotique est à voir.
Vous arriver tout d abord à l entrée ou le relais du château sur votre droite vous accueille, il gare votre véhicule et monte vos bagages,et pour vous il est temps de grimper.

Cb ok y compris dans les petits commerces des ruelles du château. principalement des artisans , boutique souvenir , et bar restauration .je pense que pour vraiment en profiter il faut éviter les vacances scolaire et l été. Nous avons fait ce séjour fin février c etais très bien.

Enchanteur, magnifique, délicieux, je ne saurais pas quels qualificatifs ajouter. Un repas divin au travers d'une farandole de parfums. Un merveille dans un cadre splendide.
