The staff were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. Thanks to them, we discovered some amazing local spots we might have otherwise missed.
Truly a memorable stay, and we can’t wait to come back!
I made an unfortunate mistake by booking a room for two instead of three. Despite the hotel being fully booked, I hoped the staff could offer some assistance or a solution. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful, and due to security policies, I was unable to stay with my family. This led to the uncomfortable situation of spending the night in my car.
The following day, we decided to cut our trip short and return to Montpellier, where we had a much more pleasant experience at EKLO. Adding to the disappointment, I was not refunded for the night we didn't stay, and to top it off, I was charged for the cappuccino I had in the morning—a small courtesy that could have gone a long way in improving customer relations.
Overall, while the location is undeniably beautiful, the lack of customer service and empathy from some the staff ensures that I will not be returning to Les Terrasses d'Eze.
