We had avocado to start with beef stew and roast chicken off the plat du jour menu. The meals were accompanied by ratatouille and courgette beignets. Really tasty and satisfying food. Service was friendly but a bit slow as it was so busy (we were warned it would be though). The only thing to be aware of is that it is cash or cheque only- be prepared. We didn’t have dessert as we needed to get on the road but they looked delicious too.
A really lucky find.
