the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff waa very friendly and able to speak english well.
the bus stop for the line to Monaco or Nice is less than a minute walk. be aware that the stop has a different name. Depending on which way you are coming from you want to get off at "Edmond's Cap-d'Ail" or "Beaverbrook".

Merci pour ce court séjour. L’accès tardif à l’hôtel est bien sécurisé, et le personnel est plus qu’aimable. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Es ist auch sehr sauber und das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und schmeckt gut. Es wird auch immer sofort nachgefüllt. Negativ ist, dass die Zimmertüren sehr billig und hellhörig sind. Im Eingangsbereich wurde Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt - was leider sehr Chlorhaltig geschmeckt hat und wohl nur Leitungswasser war - schade! Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.

L'an dernier nous avons fait le choix de passer quelques nuits à l'hôtel Miramar pour son emplacement et son rapport qualité prix. Cette année nous n'avons pas hésité un instant pour y retourner pour retrouver son accueil chaleureux et familial.

Room was a tight fit but clean and had a nice view. Very reasonable budget option. It’s located right next to a bus stop.

Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de mettre des commentaires négatifs sur les établissements mais la nous avons été tellement déçus qu'il nous paraît nécessaire de le faire. Nous pensions nous offrir une belle chambre au Cap d' ail et quel a été notre désarroi en decouvrant notre chambre. Très petite, une décoration triste et passée , 2 lits jumeaux de 90 , impossibilité de circuler dans la chambre à 2, impossible d' ouvrir entierement la porte de la sdb qui bloque sur le bord du lit, une seule fenêtre avec vue sur un mur d'immeuble, très mal isolé. Petit-déjeuner correct et literie confortable mais pour nous c'est un très mauvais rapport qualité prix , 180 euros pour 1 nuit avec pdj. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet établissement.

We spent 4 nights at Hotel Miramar in Cap-d'Ail and had a wonderful experience. Due to an issue with our car, we arrived after the standard check-in hours. However, we contacted the hotel in advance, and the receptionist was extremely helpful—she provided us with the entry code via SMS and email, which made our late arrival smooth and stress-free.
Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore a gem of the Côte d'Azur.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The host Beatrice was super friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. The location is also perfect since it’s close to one of the prettiest beaches in France, aswell to Monaco. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can catch a bus every 15 minutes that goes to Monaco for like €3. I would definitely go back.

Reservation d une chambre avec terrasse vue sur la mer sans pretention. Tout est bien agencé et utile (dressing, wc séparé, fenetre SDB,cafe/thé). Emplacement ideal proche de Monaco (quelques arrets de bus). La cerise sur le gateau: quelle gentillesse de nos hôtes, toujours disponibles, avec de bons conseils. Petit dej en terrasse commune. Bar à disposition. Pour y accéder depuis la gare, attention ascension qui se mérite. Très belle adresse, surement la meilleure du coin. On vous recommande vivement cet établissement

While the hotel was fine, I had a bad experience with the front desk lady. She yelled at a guest in front of everyone for bringing in outside food and coffee, making it very uncomfortable. While sitting down, the hot coffee split all over the guest burning her leg - she had no empathy and went OFF on her. She sincerely apologized several times and offered to help clean it up, but she instead said no and proceeded to treat her like a child. On a separate occasion, she made a comment to that same woman’s husband about her sleeping in late, which I find so inappropriate while we’re all just here enjoying our vacation. If it was a one time thing and she was having a bad day, I could write it off but based on others reviews, she really needs to learn to control her anger if she wants to be in the hospitality business.

Stayed a week in st tropez, because of a flooding we weren’t able to get to the hyeres airport. Needed a place close to nice, but everything was booked because of the f1 racing. Walked in here there was not a room available, after 1 minute suddenly there was a room without checking. I eated a chocolate bar in the voyer and I got screamed at from the lady at the frontdesk telling me this is not a place for a picnick and that I should eat it outside after fainting? Are we okay in the head? Hospitality is 0 at this place. Would NEVER recommend!

Ficamos 2 noites, os empregados são muito simpáticos, o quarto muito limpo e um pequeno almoço muito agradável. Uma excelente opção para quem não quer levar carro para o Mónaco.

Séjour très agréable.
Accueil au top, personnel très arrangeant.
Hôtel idéalement situé : mon fils a pu parcourir l'arrière pays niçois de Grasse à San Remo en vélo de route et, quant à moi, j'ai pu découvrir les chemins côtiers avec de très belles balades depuis Menton jusqu'à Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
Des lignes de bus également très pratiques pour se déplacer sans devoir prendre sa voiture....
Je recommande +++

Perfekt läge då vi besökte Monte Carlo Masters tennis. Mycket prisvärt, fin havsutsikt, rena rum, fin liten by med allt man behöver nära. Ägarna är trevliga och tillmötesgående. God frukost. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks!

Avoid this hotel at all cost the room was small but worst of all smelling of sewer or drains and the person on reception was rude from checking to check out .. I asked to change but they said they had no other rooms and i checked in to late to change..a rip off

Un superbe petit hôtel très bien situé à proximité de Monaco. L'accueil est excellent, le confort et la propreté au rendez-vous dans les chambres.

Wir haben insgesamt 8 Tage im Hotel gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt, die Eigentümer/innen sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend und alles ist perfekt gepflegt. Die Lage ist zentral, trotzdem Richtung Meer sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom großen Balkon ist einmalig.

Très bel établissement et accueil chaleureux. Bonnes prestations et vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Et encore merci pour votre accueil, ce n'est pas toujours la cas de nos jours, bonne continuation.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour emplacement de l'hôtel parfait les chambres sont très propres vu sur la mer exceptionnelle les patrons et le personnel hyper sympathique prêt à nous renseigner à nous conseiller je recommande ????????

The hotel is perfectly located in Cap d’Ail – just a few minutes’ walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and close to everything you might need: great restaurants, cozy cafés, supermarkets, and shops just down the street. Public transport is also very convenient; it takes about 30 minutes from central Nice and only 10 minutes by bus to Monaco.
The rooms are simple, but clean, neat, and comfortable – and many offer a lovely view of the sea. You really get great value for money compared to many other places in the region. It’s not about luxury here, but about peace, genuine hospitality, and a fantastic location.
