Hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes, un accueil un service et un confort digne d’un palace,
Une chambre magnifique avec vue mer dans un style pure art déco, un service impeccable, sans fausse note, un personnel souriant, aimable et toujours disponible.
Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, nous y sommes allé pour 9h45-10h et plus de dessert tartelette, le buffet et un peu léger (petit en taille) par rapport au standing de l’hôtel et à la capacité des places, pas assez de plats chaud variés/ ou de salade à faire sois même. Mais c’est chipoter à ce niveau là.
C’est une superbe expérience que nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir

We came to hotel martinez to celebrate part of our honeymoon and had the absolute best time. They upgraded our room which was so nice and overall the experience was great. Rooms are gorgeous and clean and service is top notch. Would recommend this to anyone… thanks for making our time in Cannes memorable

1. Terrible room on the 6th floor viewing the roof of another building
2. Terrible service in Le Sud restaurant
3. Unprofessional check-out
4. Towels were very old
5. No amenities were added & the house keeping took back the used soap from the garbage to use it again instead of adding a new one
6. Mold stains on the shower & the pressure of the water was very weak
7. The room was never properly cleaned with flies that made huge blisters to my leg
We are very sorry to read about your overall experience which wasn't as expected in the most of the way. Would you please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences supported and also concerning the condition of the room. We forwarded all your remarks and comments to the different heads of departement involved and of course necessary action are going to be organize where necessary.
It will our pleasure to handle your reservation if you decide to come back to Cannes and experience the Martinez in a better way.
