Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Ca sent les égouts dans les chambres. Il a fallu négocier très longtemps, alors que l on avait un mariage, pour que l on nous change de chambre. Refus catégorique sous prétexte que l hôtel était complet. Après avoir demandé de parler au responsable, on nous trouve 2 chambres. C est scandaleux, je n y reviendrai pas, et je ne recommande pas. Bien sûr, le personnel très antipathique, et peu arrangeant

Unfortunately, my experience at Eden Hotel & Spa was below expectations. The rooms were extremely small and lacked comfort. The elevator was a major inconvenience — very slow and with only one available, it caused significant delays throughout the day. Cleanliness in the hallways was not up to standard, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor. While the location is convenient, the overall quality of the facilities and services did not reflect the value promised.

The hotel is in a great location but our rooms had a horrible smell. There is a very very bad smell in the rooms. It smells like chemicals and mold. I could barely sleep from the bad smell.

Drinking water near the dry sauna doesn't work at all, the water sprayer in the pool doesn't work like you see in the pictures, the plug near the sink didn't work, massage is very expensive and there are enough others in the area that give a better price, other than that everything was good and fine
