Très bien, l'hôtel se situe en plein cœur de Cannes, le personnel est très agréable, la piscine est un vrai plus, par contre dommage qu'à ce prix(2k la semaine) il n'y pas une machine expresso dans la chambre.

I just came back from my trip to cannes and I’m more than satisfied with my stay. The location is just perfect and the hotel is very welcoming and clean. All the staff that I met are very friendly and very well spoken. Breakfast area and the selection is very good, as well as the spa area. I will definitely book again when coming back to cannes. 9 July 2025 to 11 July 2025 (3 nights) stay in 2 single (double bedded) rooms and 1 room (double bedded) with balcony.
The Eden Hotel & Spa - Cannes is located on a busy shopping street with designer shops. The hotel staff are so polite, professional and friendly. The rooms are adequate, spacious and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water is given everyday. The room is equipped with mini bar and kettle. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The Pink Palm bus can be hailed from outside the hotel and for about 1 euro takes you along the street and very near the beach. Key attractions can be visited by foot. There are so many good restaurants nearby including fast-food ie McDonalds and KFC which is located near Cannes Railway Station. Don't forget to visit Monaco and Monte Carlo which is just under an hour by rail from Cannes.
Overall a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We just had frustrated experience nothing of Eden on our holidays. We were with family due we have a wedding just close by, and when we arrived they room wasn’t ready, we had to change and get ready in the toilet lobby and left our bags there and left to the wedding. After the wedding when we arrived we had to bring all the bags by our self, they not even have any bellman or someone to help us. When we arrived in the room, was like we entered in the sewage, the smell was horrible and we couldn’t breathe. We had to down again and ask for change and they said, no, they can’t, after we say that we will leave them, they find another room… it was just exhausting and I don’t recommend this hotel at all, the location is good but is not worth. And one more thing, they charge 20euros for you use the pool terrace… patétic.
