Die 14 Tage im Studio des Hotels Le Florian waren toll: Das Studio ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet: Einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage, einer kleinen Kochnische mit Kühlschrank und einem Safe. Die Lage, direkt an der Rue d'Antibes und an der Croisette ist phantastisch: Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und es gibt schöne Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Die Betreiber des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt in Cannes zu ermöglichen.

Mycket bra läge. Mitt i centrala Cannes. Den enda nackdelen är bristen på parkering. Parkering finns cirka 700 meter bort. Mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma herrar i receptionen.

Doskonała lokalizacja, miła obsługa, wszędzie kilka kroków, plaża, restauracje, kluby, sklepy. Jako baza wypadowa, świetne miejsce, kompletnie wyposażony apartament, od ekspresu po pralkę. Pamiętaj, jesteś w mieście milionerów w cenie bardzo przystępnej. Dla gwiazd, za rogiem jest Carlton, w sumie kilka kroków :)

Dirty, broken and loud. Blinds and shelves are visually never cleaned, all sink drains stink of chloride and poop and while the restaurants next door party very loudly until late at night so you will not be able to sleep, you can explore the many different things that are flat out broken in the room (doors not closing, warped window frames, missing shelve components, broken off components here and there, scratched bathtub,...).

Hôtel très agréable à 2 mn de la Croisette près de la Rue d Antibes proche de la Gare... Idéalement placé...l accueil a la Réception est très convivial...on m a porté ma valise jusqu a mon Studio où il y a tout le confort...je reviens chaque Été et je quitte Cannes et ce sympathique Hôtel a regrets...

Petit séjour dans ce charmant hôtel extrêmement bien placé avec un service impeccable. Le personnel est au top et rien à redire au niveau des chambres il y’a ce qu’il faut et le confort est présent. Nous sommes des habituées de Cannes et cet hôtel est vraiment parfait.

horrible stay almost called the police on them!
1) Their receptionist tried to break into the apartment at midnight trying to check in more ppl into the apartment same day we checked in!! he doesn’t even speak English and couldn’t explain himself to me. I have a baby so you can imagine my terror which a stranger trying to force the door open on us!
2)The street is extremely loud area with high vol songs and noise starting from 7pm until after midnight EVERYDAY. Their ad doesn’t mention that at all.
3) the room had an uncovered power socket near the floor (reachable to baby/toddler) I asked them twice to cover it but they never did.
4) squeaky floor with gaps in tiles
5) No air conditioning in room. Only one in
Living room.
6) the place is not very clean. The sofa had stains and was covered by a sheet!
7) they texted us asking to do the dishes and take out the trash somewhere at the street at the main road when i complained they said to take it to reception. Next morning same guy who can’t speak English refused to take it at checkout. They are expecting us to carry baby and Luggage and miss our taxi to take out the trash for them!
8) sink and toilet are in separate room. Toilet seat only access through living room while sink and shower are accessible through the bedroom. Strange set up

Excellent hôtel familial ,on est très bien traité a tous les niveaux , le sourire est permanent, un service irréprochable, le personnel est fidèle à l établissement et il est parfaitement à l’image de la direction , c est à dire magnifique, humain et professionel ,je recommande vivement, sans hésiter un seul instant !!!’ Moi je retourne en Septembre :)

Tutto bene !! Avevo bisogno aiuto x un parcheggio, il ragazzo è stato eccezionale mi ha aiutato risolvendomi il problema. Camera pulita e con aria condizionata. Qualità, prezzo e posizione ottima.

I stayed here one night. Having looked at three hotels of the same category in Cannes, this is absolutely the best.Nice and clean rooms, very kind and helpful staff, and one of them even spoke Italian, which helped me a lot.

Great value studio apartments only 5 minutes' walk from Cannes station, well placed for a hub to explore the Riviera. The apartment was extremely clean, bright and comfortable- with powerful and quick air conditioning which was much appreciated in the heat! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We booked for one week — big mistake. No water, no electricity, nothing works. The washing machine leaked and ruined our clothes. Dryer doesn’t work. No lights in the room. Power sockets are dead. No hot water. Dirty, disgusting, not even cleaned. Reception guy (bald) was rude and useless. This place should be shut down.

Accueil froid, le réceptionniste chauve désagréable. L’appartement est une honte : pas d’électricité, pas d’eau, pas de poignée de porte. La machine à laver fuit, a bousillé mes vêtements. Le sèche-linge ne marche pas. Pas de lumière dans la chambre. Les prises ne fonctionnent pas. Pas d’eau chaude dans les chambres. Tout est sale, pourri, mal entretenu. Ce n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un piège. À éviter absolument.

Excellent hôtel au coeur de la ville. Personnel très sympathique, chambre bien isolée au niveau sonore. Petit-déjeuner copieux et à bon prix. Très satisfait de ce trop court séjour.

La situation est idéale à Cannes , proche de la croisette , l'hôtel est situé proche de restaurants et jolies boutiques .

Je remercie les patrons ainsi que le veilleur de nuit, nous sommes arrivés tard et sincèrement c'est très agréable d'être accueilli de si bonne humeur. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer et de la ville nocturne. L'hôtel est vraiment très agréable, nous reviendrons
