L’acceuil est excellent, le service de 1er ordre.
First off, the check-in process was chaotic. Once we finally got to our room, we were immediately hit with a musty smell, and the room felt damp and uncomfortable.
The cleanliness was another major issue. There were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned. The towels were threadbare, and the toiletries provided were minimal at best.
The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and we were kept up both nights by loud guests in the hallways and from the rooms next door. It seemed like the hotel had no soundproofing whatsoever, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep.
To top it off, the amenities were subpar. The air conditioning was too cold and noisy,. The advertised restaurant was closed both nights of our stay, leaving us to find food elsewhere.
I truly regret booking this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. We will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
La chambre était spacieuse et impeccable, avec une vue magnifique sur le jardin
Le personnel ( Alicia ) était extrêmement accueillante et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à mes questions.
Le petit-déjeuner offrait une variété de choix, et la piscine était un vrai plus.
Pour le prix, je pense que c'était un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent la région !
