Personnel super désagréable je suis venu dans le but de déposer un cv pas de bonjour la femme à la réception et directement descendu en bas en me disant « oui qu’est-ce qu’il a madame » j’ai demander si c’était possible de laisser un cv elle m’a répondu « non c’est un petit hôtel on a besoin de personne » je suis désoler mais il a des manière de parler au personne

Fantastic stay here! We were delivering chocolates to Cannes Film Festival and Jean Michel was so helpful when I needed something printed and to leave my bag for a few hours after checkout. The location is PERFECT and the secure entry feels safe. I am hoping to come back next year and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We were delivering chocolates to Cannes Film Festival and needed something printed last minute and some bags held until our bus, with which Jean Michel was extremely helpful with and his English is great. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed, fabulous shower, and the air-con worked well. The secure door entry made us feel very safe also and if we are back next year we will definitely stay here again!

Super hotel ???????? personnel très gentil et très aimable. La chambre est très propre. La literie est de qualité, tout le confort y est ! Aucun bruit. Proche du palais des festivals. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Hotel muy bien situado si vas a la Feria, a sólo 7 minutos andando. Servicio amable, desayuno bollería, pan, mermelada, mantequilla, café e infusiones. Si no pides café expresso, te dan café americano. Estuvimos para la Feria ILTM, y de los 4 días que estuvimos, dos no tuvimos agua caliente. Resto bien, limpio, camas cómodas y silencioso.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillies par Jean-Michel, que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la chambre dès notre arrivée à 10h, alors que le check-in est normalement à 15h. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I fully understand that everything is very expensive in Cannes. Also hotels. However, I am happy to say that in the case of this hotel, the location determines a lot, but not everything. Everything went very well right from the check-in. The manager awaited our arrival at the hotel door and secured us a parking space for the entire stay (only one per hotel). The hotel room was pre-cooled (the air conditioner was working) and even the refrigerator was already on. The service was very, very friendly and professional. The manager speaks fluent English and also Russian. Breakfast is continental, but quite sufficient. The room was very big - at least 20 square meters and really quiet. The room also has a very well-functioning air conditioner. It is also important for me that the room is also equipped with a small desk and a small lounge chair where it is comfortable to sit. Writing tools are also available. The room has a large wardrobe and a safe with a code lock inside. Of course, there are also extra blankets and pillows. Therefore, it is comfortable here even during a longer stay. It is possible to draw blackout curtains in front of the windows to enjoy a longer sleep.

I really like these small boutique hotels because the service is always very personal. You never get that kind of luxury in big hotels.

Schoon, niet duur, behulpzame staf, petit-dejeuner tegen petite prijs, in het centrum. Parkeren in parkeerkelder Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, tegenover. Hotel heeft geen eigen parking. Ook geen lift. Treinstation nabij.

We had just one night there and were pleasantly surprised by the charm of our room with its shutters and a view into the street below. We chose a 21sq metre room. The shower room though small worked well. The bed was very comfortable indeed.|A warm welcome at reception which is on the first floor.|There is no lift, so it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. However it's in a perfect location for the Croisette, shopping in Rue d'Antibes and a short walk to the SNCF (wish that personnel there were friendly) and also the bus station whose staff are more helpful.|It's a hotel we could recommend.

Fantastisch verblijf! Hield van elke minuut in Cannes. De kamers zijn proper. Goed gelegen in het centrum, veilig, ook niet ver van de oude stad, alsook dicht bij een openbaar strand. Ondanks de ligging was er weinig lawaai in de kamer, goed geïsoleerd dus. Ze zijn ook flexibel ivm koffer laten staan of eventueel wat vroeger inchecken (indien mogelijk). Alles was goed! Keer zeker terug als ik ooit terug in Cannes ben.

Para una estadia a bajo costo en una ubicacion excelente, con parking a pocas cuadras y buena atencion, dificil encontrar mejor opcion en Cannes. El hotel es correcto, sin pretenciones, volveria sin dudarlo.

Petit hôtel familial très agréable à 200 mètres de la croisette et du palais des festivals. 5 mn à pied de la gare, au milieu des rues commerçantes et des petits magasins. Accueil très agréable et courtois. Chambres refaites avec mobilier neuf. Literie top. Pas bruyant même si le resto au rdc est ouvert tard avec une terrasse est je les fenêtres donnent toutes sur la rue. Bonne insonorisation de celles-ci. Petit dej copieux. Mais ce que je retiens le plus c'est l'extraordinaire accueil que l'on y reçoit. Merci. J'y étais pour business j'y retournerai qques jours en loisir.

Ottimo hotel 3 stelle vicino al palazzo del cinema, in pieno centro. Camere nuove e più spaziose rispetto alla media. Ottima pulizia e gestori sempre molto gentili

Siamo stati benissimo, l'hotel anche se un po' datato é molto pulito, i proprietari molto gentili , premurosi e disponibili, aria condizionata e tutto quello che serviva x trascorrere 3 giorni in un luogo meraviglioso, ci ritorneremo sicuramente
