Hôtel sans mini bar !! literie pas assez confortable bain peu catastrophe |absence personnel de la réception a la nuit , ascenseur a 2 pers au max si avec bagage ne permet pas , climatisation a peine , |je suis déçue mais bon au contraire l'emplacement de hôtel est magnifique

I had expected more from my hotel stay. The rooms are no longer up to date and feel shabby.
The shower had no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom was wet after showering. The toilet had no holder for the toilet roll, which made it very inconvenient to use the toilet.
The reception was not manned at 11:00 (check-out time) as the person in charge was also cleaning the room at the same time.
I understand that in many smaller hotels the staff have different duties. But then there should be a notice at the reception desk informing how to reach the person.
The staff, on the other hand, were very nice and attentive. The location is unbeatable.

ne correspond pas au photo (ne pas ce fier au photo), seule point positif l’emplacement.
déçu au regard des photo publier très mauvaise surprise.

Horrible, en plus de ne pas vouloir honorer notre réservation, la dame ne voulait pas nous rembourser à première vue, c'est après 2h sans forcer qu'on a obtenu un remboursement et la dame a dit "Je ne veux pas de ces filles dans cet hôtel". Je précise que nous avons des enregistrements à l'appui
