Tuve una muy mala experiencia en el hotel, cuando llegamos te hacen dejar un depósito que previamente no te avisan, pero mi sorpresa es cuando, una semana después de salir del hotel, me encuentro con que me han quitado dinero de mi cuenta sin consentimiento y mintiendo sobre qué habíamos cogido unos productos del minibar (ni si quiera lo abrimos en los 2 días de estancia) y, pese a la insistencia tras el suceso, no obtengo respuesta clara y menos una devolución del dinero.

Oltre a costare un patrimonio c'è la sorpresa della cauzione che non torna e l'addebito di consumazioni non godute. E dulcis in fundo le formiche in tutta la stanza con nido on bagno. Attenti al frigo bar; anche se non lo vedete porta spese.

The worse service ever. A receptionist (Latino American) was very rude, it respectful and arrogant.
The room is so small that we were not even able to open our suitcase, no one to assist us and it’s very noisy we hear the neighbors.
I really don’t advise this hotel, go to Hotel Juliana better!
