[Update after owners reply:] Thanks for the response — appreciate the time you have invested for that reply. However allow me to tell you your reply makes no sense and to what it seems to me , this looks like institutional unprofessionalism. The so called “ read “ messages did not exist and the so “ called “ calls from the restaurant did not exist. The booking was done through a concierge service, so your team did not even have my number, upon checking with the concierge team after the lovely incident, no one has called or informed the cancelation. So all of what you said is wrong. Sorry to tell you that after all the time you inveated in your message.
As for your lovely employees, when you think about all this and the response of your so called manager , the only thing that comes to mind is ????. So my advice to you is next time before you deicde to write a reply or justify the stupidity, make sure your facts are straight otherwise you will end up as ???? ????
