Dur dur d obtenir une table , quel dommage de n ouvrir qu en mai et de fermer en septembre alors qu une ouverture sur 9 mois permettrait d avoir des journèes plus calmes mais ce n est pas le style de la maison qui préfère ramasser bcp d oseille

If I could give a -5 rating I would. And this is all due to incredibly shocking service, which is truly sad because this restaurant is beautiful! Those waiters need to be dismissed asap and management need to check themselves! Myself and my BF attempted to seat ourselves after not receiving any help. The restaurant was empty. Upon seating we get told to get up and first check for the availability of that table at ‘reception’. The hostess firstly needs to calm down, she had far too much attitude for who knows what reason. She then told us the table was reserved which left us an hour and a half to sit there, which was perfect for us. We seat ourselves and get questioned by a second male waiter asking if we intended on eating. We did not. For this, we were told we could not sit at this table (at the EMPTY restaurant), and that we should rather order at the bar and sit at the group of empty couches. This after being told by the hostess that we could enjoy the table before the next guests were to arrive.

Being spoken to and shoved around like that is highly unacceptable and no guest should be treated like that. [Your guests pay your bills remember that]. Anyways, that left a horrid taste in our mouths, so we dismissed the entire scene. We certainly weren’t going to support such service, nor will we recommend this restaurant to anyone now or in the future. The prices are also absolutely insane so we’re glad we never purchased anything.

Je donne un point pour le service et les serveurs effrontés qui ont essayé de vendre uniquement des bouteilles de champagne de luxe. À 16 heures, c'est l'heure du champagne cher. Ils obtiennent leur pourcentage sur la vente de Cristal, à 200€ ce n'est pas rentable pour eux de vendre…
