Our menu is indeed limited to offer fresh and seasonal products, it evolves regularly with the rhythm of the seasons. Just a small error in your review, we are located in Cannes and not Nice. We hope to see you again soon in Cannes ????

Service was great, the staff were kind and helpful. The food was great when it comes to taste, I had the ribeye, my issue was the handling of the meat, while I respect a possible difference in serving culture I expected the Ribeye steak to be cleaned: silverskin and cartelage removed before being prepared, this is disappointing as the eating experience becomes more of an annoyance. The meat was great tasting and it was perfectly medium rare as I ordered it, but the experience of having to sort away almost 30% of the steak because it’s inedible is just not fun.
I respect that it may be a good experience for the guest to recieve a plate that is heaping, it still seems a waste to serve this, since many people will discard much more of the meat than I.
If I may recommend: cut away the excess fat, silverskin and cartilage and sort it so that you can use the waste meat for your tar tar, as you can get maybe two portions worth of meat for every five ribeyes, thus saving some money.
I respect that it may be a good experience for the guest to recieve a plate that is heaping, it still seems a waste to serve this, since many people will discard much more of the meat than I.

Regarding the meat, it was not a sirloin, but an entrecote which is a fatty meat. It is indeed the tradition in France to cook entrecotes without defatting them so that they are more flavourful. In your case, it actually seems that the cook left too much fat. I'm going to report this to our chef so he can pay more attention.

It's such a shame the food was so mediocre. We felt bloated all afternoon!
Clearly the entrecotes we ordered had been previously frozen. The octopus salad starter had very little seasoning - just a lot of salt.
Great service, atmosphere and wine but unfortunately the food did not meet expectations.

Je recommande ce restaurant ! Endroit agréable et calme. La cuisine est savoureuse et les plats succulent ! Mention spéciale pour la rouille maison ????
Que se soit de la viande ou du poisson très bon cuisson et mis en valeur du produit. Donc merci au chef pour ce bon moment.

I totally loved everything about this cozy place! The food (tartare) was amazing, never had such tasty fries as well. The way they prepare and serve the wine was new to me, very cool machine ans wine ampules they're using all to serve the particular wine at the perfect temperature. The service was easygoing, friendly and very correct. So all in all everything was WOW! I can highly recommend the place for a perfect bite and drink in Cannes.

Went to celebrate my birthday. Despite good reviews, the steak was basically inedible. Other dishes were OK but not outstanding. Service was nice but sat outside we were mostly ignored and they didn't have enough menus when we arrived.
