Я оставляю этот отзыв в благодарность персоналу этого заведения!
Я такого обслуживания и ответственности никогда не встречала. Сегодня мне стало очень плохо (из за перегрева на солнце) СПАСИБО ВАМ БОЛЬШОЕ за то, что помогли мне сегодня (отдельное спасибо Спасателю за помощь в такой ситуации) ☺️
Еще раз благодарю Ваше заведение и всю команду.????
А так же хочу отметить, еда и десерты безумно вкусные мы остались в полном восторге
Обязательно всем рекомендую это прекрасное место! Вернемся еще раз!

La cuisine est excellente rien à redire de ce côté là. Par contre, on nous a servi du Tamara périmé, même si c'est que de quelques jours c'est totalement inacceptable pour ce genre d'établissement. Les serveurs sont charmants mais c'est vrai qu'il est dommage de devoir réclamer du pain, relancer 2 fois pour avoir son vin avant de finir son plat.

Comme toutes les années : un excellent service, une super ambiance et une équipe au top !
On a très bien mangé. Seul petit bémol : le plat principal est arrivé un peu trop rapidement après l’entrée. Peut-être prévenir l’équipe à l’avance la prochaine fois.
Mais sinon, rien à redire, c’était parfait !

Our visit to La Mandala Beach in Cairns was one of the most disrespectful and degrading experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with clear disregard and rudeness by the staff and most shockingly, by the manager, Tomas, himself.

Despite the beach being nearly empty, we were continuously ignored. We kept trying to get the attention of the waitstaff, who looked right at us and then deliberately turned away, refusing to serve us. Meanwhile, anyone else who even slightly looked in their direction was helped immediately. The discrimination was obvious, and deeply uncomfortable.

When we finally confronted Tomas about the way we were being treated, instead of apologizing or showing any accountability, he gave us attitude and disrespect and then said we were being rude just because we asked why he was speaking to us so disrespectfully. Imagine that: we were the ones ignored, dismissed, and talked down to, but somehow he tried to flip the blame on us for standing up for ourselves.

Thomas’s behavior was completely unprofessional and this is not an attitude that a “manager” usually has cuz instead of solving the problem he started it himself and he repeatedly told us, “We have a hundred people to serve,” even though the venue was practically empty. It felt like a pathetic excuse to justify their blatant lack of basic courtesy and complete absence of hospitality.

What happened wasn’t just bad service it was intentional disrespect, clear bias, and gaslighting by someone who should never be in a position of managing people, let alone representing a beach establishment.

Do not support La Mandala Beach. No one deserves to be treated this way ignored, disrespected, and then blamed for calling it out.
