@elenipapaspyrou: We took 5 subnets, had lunch there and drinks and paid 680 in total. We paid €70 per subnet only, that amount of money was supposed to be only for the service and the bed. So when the manager (I suppose ) came to pay by card and asked for minimum 10% tips we asked him if we could do less than 10%, which was 70€ extra. He got really mad and refused receiving tips that were going to be less than 70€ at least and left in a rush and unprofessionally. Then after 10 minutes he came back to close our umbrellas while we were preparing to leave, I was standing under the umbrella and asked him to wait just a se, he completely ignored me and closed the umbrella while I was still standing there. He hit my head with it and when my friend called him out saying that he was rude, and asked what was that he just left saying “ Okay bye now”. Okay bye now ? I really don’t know from were to begin. From the fact that he was probably the manager or in charge? From the fact that he hit me on purpose? From the fact that he got mad cause we wanted to give him €50 instead of 70€ since everyone has a budget we just simply didn’t had enough money at this point. We were at the beach and already paid almost 700. And that’s totally normal and okay tipping is not even mandatory in Europe but we still tip every time. That’s was unacceptable, inappropriate and really really unprofessional. You got lucky though since we were very busy and in a rush to travel back to our country and didn’t really make a scene about it cause guess what? We could and I could also sue that “man”. So try being humans and polite for a change and then invite people over through tik tok. #cancel

I had the most amazing day at this beach club! The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, the food was excellent, and the location right by the water couldn’t be better. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service.

Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic — warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything was done with a smile.

Absolutely loved my time at Lucia. The vibe was relaxed but upscale, with super comfy sunbeds, and stunning ocean views. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cocktails were top-notch. Food was fresh and flavorful — perfect for a sunny day. Highly recommend for anyone looking to chill in style by the beach. Paul and his team were amazing!

We had an amazing day at Lucia Beach Club! Paul and the team were incredibly welcoming and attentive from start to finish. The service was top-notch, with everything running smoothly and professionally. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the beachfront setting is absolutely stunning. This is my first time ever making a review. But I'm so upset that it deserves a review. I got there at 10 am and I was one of the first people to get in line. When I went inside they told me that they didn't have anything available for me until 12:30 pm. Mind, they don't take reservations. They just didn't let me in because I was only one person. That is not fair for someone that stood in the sun for over 30 mins just to enter the beach club.

Presque parfait, nous sommes venus pour le feu d’artifice du 14 juillet, l’emplacement est parfait, la nourriture et le service aussi, malheureusement durant le feu d’artifice certains invités ne respectent pas les autres avec des grosses lumières externes pour prendre des photos, certaines personnes ont reçu des menaces de mort de ces mêmes personnes car ils leur demandent d’arrêter de prendre des photos avec leur flash et malgré tout ça, aucune réelle réaction de la sécurité. Ça gâche l’expérience (on n’était clairement pas les seuls à être mécontents) qui pourtant est vraiment incroyable. La solution serait simplement d’interdire ce genre d’équipement durant les feux d’artifice.

Nous avons eu la journée parfaite sur les transats de Lucia! L’ambiance était plaisante, la nourriture était très bonne et le service de Dorian était incroyable. Il était très attentionné et a pris le temps de nous parler pour s’assurer que tous nos besoins étaient comblés. Un gros merci Dorian et l’équipe du Lucia!

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Dès mon arrivée au restaurant Lucia à Cannes, j’ai été chaleureusement accueilli par Élodie, qui m’a installé à la plus belle table pour le déjeuner. La décoration est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai plaisir pour les yeux, entre élégance et ambiance méditerranéenne raffinée.
Yann s’est ensuite occupé de moi avec un service irréprochable, professionnel et d’une grande gentillesse. Un moment parfait du début à la fin. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
