I checked out of Luxotel Cannes on May 17, 2025, and as of today — 18 days later — I still haven’t received my deposit of [Insert Amount and Currency]. According to my bank, the hotel is still holding the money.
What makes this worse is that I’ve sent several emails and reminders to the hotel — and they have not responded to a single one. No communication, no resolution, just silence.
This experience has completely ruined what could have been a decent stay. No matter how comfortable the room might be, the fact that I’m left chasing my own money weeks after checkout is completely unacceptable. Until they fix this issue, I strongly advise other travelers to stay away.
Le gel douche et shampooing 15ml pour 2 pers.La clim qui se declanche automatiquement même en pleine nuit???? et ou j' etais enrhumée dès mon reveil et 2jours de fièvres par la suite( j' avais hâte de partir)
La petite btl de cristaline offerte que le 1ier jour d' arrivé pour 2 pers et pourtant on était en chambre double executive...
Je suis désolée mais pour nous l' hotel ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles.
