Un excellent restaurant avec un très bon service. Nous avons été servis par la serveuse Isaure, tout était merveilleux et ponctuel. La nourriture était délicieuse et raffinée. Nous avons pris le menu à 95 € pour deux, et c’était vraiment copieux pour nous, mais c’est une impression personnelle. Nous avons passé une soirée magnifique avec mon mari, nous reviendrons à coup sûr ????

Il y avait également une chanteuse très talentueuse ! Une merveilleuse touche finale à notre soirée.

Une expérience magnifique chez Monsieur Nakamoto à Cannes ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un service impeccable du début à la fin. Le cadre est élégant, raffiné, avec une ambiance à la fois chaleureuse et intimiste.

Côté cuisine, c’est un sans-faute. Chaque plat est un voyage, des saveurs parfaitement équilibrées, des produits d’une fraîcheur irréprochable. Mention spéciale pour les sushis et le black cod.

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Tout était super, vraiment, le service, les plats, l’ambiance, la carte des vins… Un vrai coup de cœur ! On reviendra sans hésiter.

Es war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung hier zu dinieren. Der Service war aufmerksam und insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend. Ebenfalls war die Atmosphäre unschlagbar. Hippe House Musik begleitet von einem Blick auf den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer…
Schließlich bot das Essen den krönenden Abschluss.

Hier kann ich absolut nichts bemängeln. Wir werden wieder kommen!

We got food poisoning from this restaurant. The fish and dim sum were not fresh. We do not recommend it.

Horrible. If i could give it 0, I would. Food was cold and the salmon was listed as coming with broccoli, it was a sprinkle of broccoli over the top of the salmon skin. Salmon was cold and the edamame beans were cold and unseasoned. Salmon was €32 and the edamame was €12. Not to mention a coke cost a whopper €9. What a joke. Service took forever but waiter was lovely, although the people there were rude and were very judgemental. Would not recommend to anyone. The atmosphere was all over the place all I could hear was Rihanna and jazz music blasting from the DJ GET HIM SACKED!

Неплохой ресторан как для Канн — с довольно широким выбором: суши, рыба, мясные блюда. Атмосфера приятная, заведение находится при отеле, недалеко от набережной. Есть терраса, но столики стоят очень близко друг к другу — тесновато.
Обслуживание оставило смешанные впечатления: часть напитков принесли быстро (воду, вино), а вот с колой и ромом заставили ждать довольно долго. В целом персонал вежливый, но не слишком расторопный.
Что касается кухни — суши посредственные. Заказывали маки с тунцом и острым соусом, но вместо традиционного соуса сверху оказался просто острый кетчуп — странное сочетание. Зато сашими из тунца были действительно вкусными.
В целом — неплохое место, если не ждать кулинарных открытий.

If you're in Cannes and looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Mr. Nakamoto is the place. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. The team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail.

Now the food… absolutely extraordinary. Every dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. The menu blends Japanese precision with bold, creative twists—fresh ingredients, beautifully balanced sauces, and textures that surprise in the best way. The sushi was among the best I’ve ever had, and the wagyu was simply next-level.

It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so perfectly: ambiance, service, and food. Mr. Nakamoto delivered the best meal I’ve had in Cannes—possibly ever. A standout in a city full of fine dining. I’ll be dreaming about it until my next visit.

I've been there one year and half ago, seems that it was the opening. All were more than perfect, flavors, cooking, taste etc... I have to say that my last visit wasn't the same at all, always pity when trendy place like that, are not able to keep the level they were at the beginning...but prices are even more expensive ! not value at all this quality, dim sum crashed in the box, meat was cold, rice was over heated so completely dry etc etc....egg plant not so attractive...should work again to put back everything at the top...

En effet le cadre est plus que sympathique.
La cuisine wow, le chef se surpasse.
Nous avons opté pour le menu de partage à 95,00 euro par pers, plus les dim sum et les bao. Accompagné de deux mocktails.
Le visuel des plats est merveilleux, les saveurs sont exquis.
Nous n'avons rien à redire si ce n'est merci pour cet agréable repas.
Notre déception vient quant à elle du service.
Réservation pas prise en compte (mais nous avons quand même une table) puis après demande nous avons pu en changer car mal placé. Merci pour cela. La personne qui s'est occupée de nous au départ était malheureusement maladroite et étourdie.
Les moktails sont arrivés après l'entrée et sans paille. Il a fallut attendre 10bonnes minutes pour en avoir , nous n'avons pas pu en profiter un peu avant, dommage.
En servant les boissons il a réussi à faire tomber et cassé la bouteille d'eau.
Les mises en bouche sont arrivés sans les cuillères pour les déguster, encore de l'attente.
Les entrées en autre une magnifique burrata est quant à elle arrivée sans pain, huile sel et poivre, il a fallu demander deux fois mais cela ne semble dérangé personne. Les plats principaux ont été oubliés en commande à suivre ce qui nous a fait attendre encore 40mns cette fois-ci. Et pour finir les desserts pareils une simple cuillère pour le panel proposé, j'ai dus faire signe pendant un bon moment avant que l'on ne me remarque pour pouvoir avoir au moins une fourchette.
L'addition a deux était de 276,00 euro sans alcool. Vu la qualité de la cuisine je paie sans sourciller et laisse même un bon pourboire.
J'y retournerai sûrement histoire de voir si cela est mieux niveau service, ne serais que pour asticoter mes papilles....

Un très beau moment passé chez Mr. Nakamoto, où tout est pensé dans le moindre détail. L’accueil est chaleureux, le service attentionné sans être envahissant, et l’ambiance à la fois chic et décontractée. Côté assiette, c’est un sans-faute : les produits sont d’une fraîcheur irréprochable et les saveurs parfaitement maîtrisées. Mention spéciale pour **le fameux Black Cod mariné au miso et yuzu, accompagné de pastèque braisée** — un plat à la fois fondant, délicat et étonnamment équilibré. Une adresse élégante et maîtrisée, à découvrir absolument !

Excellente soirée et repas délicieux. L’ambiance était bonne et festive et le personnel au top.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour le cadre, la nourriture mais aussi pour les excellents cocktails. Une valeur sûre sur Cannes.

Nous sommes venu le 4 mai et c’était très bien. Nous décidons de faire une nouvelle réservation pour le 13 juillet ( date de mon anniversaire)
Hier soir une personne nous annonce par téléphone qu’il n’y a plus de brunch depuis 15 jours…
Vous êtes un 5***** et vous envoyez une petit nouvelle au casse pipe. C’est inadmissible. Vous nous proposez juste de venir dinner le jour même et nous faire « un geste »
Pour le standing que vous prétendez offrir à vos clients, vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre de faire une ERREUR comme celle ci.

Disappointing evening at Mr Nakamoto.

We came across this place and were excited to come and try. We booked online and easily got a table for the same night.

We arrived about 20 minutes earlier and thought we’d start off with drinks in the bar, there were a few events taking place (big crypto events taking place across Cannes) so the place was a bit hectic and we didn’t even see the bar.

The outside dining was very pretty. We sat down and decided to have cocktails first. The cocktail menu has a good selection of unique cocktails to the venue as well as classic cocktails.

We ordered wagyu nigiri, and spicy tuna rolls and edamame to start with. Starters came relatively quick and Nigiri and rolls were nice so off to a good start. We then ordered a selection of dim sum. Which didn’t come after 5, 10, 15 minutes. The venue was getting busier (a few larger tables) and we started to feel service was sliding. When the starters were cleared we ordered two glasses of whispering angel.. also didn’t come.

Eventually we managed to get our waiter and asked if the dim sum was still coming. His reaction clearly showed he had forgotten to follow up and his service was getting worse.. we also then had to remind him for our rose. We saw him behind the bar so evidently the team were stretched and all running around.

Back he came with the rose.. but no glasses. Our main - the black cod came and we ordered the broccoli to go with it. We were also presented either the dim sum.

We weren’t told which each dim sum was but it was very sticky and stuck a lot to the steamed box. The black cod was disappointing. Dry and I had 3 bones in my half - the Broccoli was also cold.

The waiter came back and asked how it was (he knew) and we said we’re very disappointed, mentioned the bones and the cold broccoli. He just said shall I take it all away?

We just then asked for the bill, he didn’t even ask if we wanted to see the dessert menu. To be honest I think he just wanted to avoid us because he knew we weren’t happy. We weren’t making a fuss, we were polite and nice about the experience given how disappointing it had been.

Just a shame that no effort was made to try and recover the situation. Wasn’t liking or expecting a freebie or anything but at least would have made us feel like our experience has been acknowledged.

Fourth time visiting Mr Nakamoto, usually I come for dinner and today was a lovely lunch. I always came back for the delicious and fresh food. The next time I will return at lunch to have the chance to see again Carine! Her sense of service and kindness were greatly appreciated by mother and I.

Calm atmosphere, classy environment, music perfect not too loud, good space between tables, attention to the details from the friendly staff - and healthy well cooked food. Highly recommended!

Très bonne expérience je reviendrai très vite

素晴らしい立地ですが料理は期待はずれでした。寿司めしは芯が残り、硬く握ったもので冷えた餅の様でした。　炊飯前の浸漬が足りないのと、酢を合わせてかなり長く放置しているようです。

Nous sommes venus boire un verre avec mon mari, nous nous sommes installés au bar directement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les barmaids. Les cocktails étaient super bon !.
Nous avons également mangé, les sushis, les brochettes de yakitoris, et le burger étaient vraiment très bon. Une mention spéciale pour la crème brûlée qui a été un coup de coeur pour terminer se merveilleux moment au bar Mr Nakamuto.
