كانوا يقولون إن الحد الأدنى للطلب (minimum charge) هو 100 يورو للشخص، لكن عند الدفع طالبونا بـ200 يورو بحجج غير واضحة وإضافات ما طلبناها. لما حاولنا نناقش الفاتورة، رفضوا أي خصم وتعاملهم كان غير مهني.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality was far below expectations – bland, poorly presented, and simply not worth the price. To make matters worse, we were surprised to be told there was a minimum charge of €200 per person, which was never mentioned when we made the reservation.
The service was also unacceptable. The staff were unprofessional and quite rude, especially when it came time to pay. We requested to remove a few items from the bill that were either incorrect or not consumed, but they refused and insisted we pay the full amount without any flexibility or proper explanation.
Overall, the experience felt like a tourist trap — overpriced, overrated, and lacking the hospitality one would expect from a fine dining restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to others, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service and transparency in the future.
