这家酒店的前身是Splendid酒店，刚刚进行了全面装修，房间宽敞舒适，床上用品也很好（新），但它的主要资产仍然是它的位置：它靠近市中心、SNCF火车站、高速公路入口，离尼斯蓝色海岸国际机场也比较近。它的资产并不止于此，因为它的海滩和航海乐趣都可以步行到达，就像蔚蓝海岸的赛马场。

Good afternoon,
I checked into the hotel on the 18th may 2023 at night and had to leave the hotel at 7am due to impossibility of being on site, the conditions were terrible. My partner stayed until 9/10am packing our stuff but checked out soon after.
We had booked 4 nights and we could not stay more than 6 hours!!!
The hotel was noisy, mainly because the staff was making noises during 1 am until 4 am with footsteps running in the hallway all through the early morning which didn't let me sleep all night, the air conditioning didn't work, and I had heat the whole time, the sink was clogged which was extremely disgusting, there was mold on the walls, and the floor of the shower moved as if to break and made a lot of noise when stepping on the floor to take a shower. I send all the photos that prove the impossibility of being in this place and I kindly ask you to give me a refund, since I only stayed one night and had to find another hotel so that I could actually sleep and rest after work. However, they charged me the total price and just ghosted me.
Literie top, douche spacieuse, produits de toilette, serviettes changées si besoin.
Personnel de l’accueil très accueillant, très à l’écoute de hour comme de nuit.
Une super * pour le personnel de chambre (doudous en place)
Seul petit bémol : la chaleur ????
