Exquisite stay. This is what a top hotel is supposed to be. From the welcoming and genuinely friendly and attentive service, a well appointed room, Michael doing a terrific job managing around the beautiful seaside pool, Alex at the bar, and a magical evening at their Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, on the terrace as the sun goes down....simply fantastic. Had always wanted to stay here having passed it many times on the road above to Monaco. Will certainly return.

A world of luxury for those who can afford it. Unfortunately, the staff here pay a high price. Poor salaries, verbal abuse from management, poor communication, and a lack of respect. Sadly, they don't care very much about their staff.

This is for the spa experience. I came for a gel removal and mani pedi which was quoted at 200 something euros (already quite pricy) but in a last min act of independence day shut down desperation i made the reservation. Upon completion i had the most underwhelming mani pedi experience and final product. Nothing special for a bamboozling 330 euros.
The staff was amazing and kind and im sure in other departments much more rewarding for the price point but if you want a good mani pedi just book ahead at a local salon and save yourself the budget.

This was the best breakfast we had in the South of France!
We were so impressed by the views and the delicious food.
Peaceful and quiet atmosphere, with super friendly staff — especially Fred, who was incredibly kind and gave us great tips on what to see and where to go in the area.
We’ll definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work — the level of service was truly outstanding!

This hotel is exquisite in many ways. Ideal in size, never noisy. The staff are everywhere and almost glide effortlessly anticipating every need you might have. The decor is very elegant, modern, with a few antique pieces placed around the hotel. Our room was a lovely size, on the first floor looking into the courtyard and at the sea. Bathroom had a proper shower. There is a lovely sea water pool to spend the day around, recuperating and reading - lunch is top notch. One evening we went to their restaurant - which deserves a different review but suffice it to say was excellent. The only thing we found disappointing was the gym - which is too small and in the basement, so pretty claustrophobic. Otherwise - magnifique!

We had lunch at the poolside restaurant. Absolutely wonderful, relaxing, and very attentive friendly staff whose recommendations for wine and menu choices helped to lift our meal to the next level. Beautiful views, it is a restful seaside idyll.

My stay at the hotel truly exceeded expectations. The room was very comfortable, with beautiful views, and the overall atmosphere of the property was excellent. I especially enjoyed the town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer – it’s such a charming and cute place, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Un petit raté pour la chambre, plus que parfaitement rattrapé par un personnel agréable et efficace: c'est aussi a cela que l'on reconnait la qualité et le luxe à la française. Calme, simplicité et élégance du lieu, une très belle adresse bénéficiant d'une superbe vue sur la mer et la montagne. Le restaurant des Rois, une étoile, mériterait même d'en accrocher une deuxième car le Chef est un créateur dans la lignée des grands noms... What else?!

This is off the scale ,food , service , ambience ,it’s the best , Guillaume the restaurant director is both charming and funny , and you feel part of a family, the best service , and we had the most enjoyable evening, Mano who also looked after us was impeccable, I really cannot fault this one off amazing hotel and Rois restaurant gastronomic . I have been coming many years , to stay or eat ,and it is always fabulous . Thank you all so much Vikki Akrill and James Sumner. And of course the special carriage home ???? see you soon

J’ai dormi dans une chambre a 800 euros avec une odeur des relents d’égouts horrible , la direction c’est tout juste excusé, aucune réparation pour mon séjour totalement gâché.

Un séjour de deux nuits sans aucun défaut.||||- Emplacement : idéal, entre Nice et Monaco dans une ville, Beaulieu, calme, propre et sécurisée. A 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Nice. L'hôtel, bien qu'historique, semble flambant neuf et d'une propreté irréprochable.||- Restaurant des rois : cuisine exquise, service d'exception et enchainement des plats au juste niveau. L'équipe connait parfaitement le menu, on devine une bonne communication entre la cuisine et la salle.||- Piscine : l'équipe a anticipé nos attentes en nous proposant, dès le petit déjeuner, de nous réserver des transats à la piscine. C'est à ces détails que l'établissement se distingue.||- Le vent debout : emplacement unique sur le ponton, dans un cadre plus décontracté mais où l'on retrouve une partie de l'équipe du restaurant des rois. La carte est adaptée au lieu.||- Bar Gordon Benett : la beauté des espaces extérieurs et intérieurs rend l'expérience d'autant plus agréable.||- Conciergerie : nous sommes passés par la conciergerie pour réserver un véhicule de location. Un service sans faute, proposant différentes options dans un délai serré. ||L'accueil est personnalisé et nominatif et l'ambiance est accueillante et intimiste||||En résumé, nous avons enfin trouvé l'établissement dans lequel nous prévoyons de séjourner à chaque déplacement dans la région. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation

LE CONFORT DES UNS, LE CALVAIRE DES AUTRES
Séjour impeccable pour qui vient se détendre : literie moelleuse, cadre charmant, service attentionné. Un établissement qui saura assurément combler les attentes de la clientèle, mais à quel prix ?
Derrière les sourires polis et les chambres impeccables se cachent une réalité bien moins reluisante : des saisonniers épuisés avant même d'avoir passé la haute saison travaillant jusqu'à 11 jours d'affilés sans repos, des remarques sexistes lancées avec une désinvolture, et un management qui semble confondre leadership et domination.

Oui vous saurez satisfait. Mais sachez que ce confort à un prix. Et certains le payent très chers !

Ignore the last review giving two stars. We have stayed at the Reserve numerous times and it is completely excellent in every respect||I cannot think of anything that I can mark it down on whatsoever. The table restaurant referred to by the two star reviewer is very good, the staff are excellent as is the food. They do brasserie style food there, if you want really fine food then go to the main hotel restaurant where there is michelin level food, I think it is two stars.||The food is as one would expect at such a restaurant.||At la table the level is lower and they even do a £26 for 3 course menu which is excellent, and changes regularly with a chef's special every day.||The hotel has a Maybach car available to guests for local transfers to local restaurants. The Maybach for those who are unaware is the Mercedes answer to Rolls Royce and is a joy to travel in the rear of, much more comfortable than the long base S class.||The gardens are very well designed and kept immaculate by the friendly gardeners.||All the staff are friendly, and I would single out Michael at the pool and Youseff as especially good. ||I cannot think of anything to complain about at this hotel, all the staff speak English but put up with my pigeon French out courtesy.||I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Tout fut parfait!
- Accueil exceptionnel
- Service parfait, chic et enthousiaste.
- Cuisine Divine, Sommelier passionnant.
- Enfin, le plaisir incomparable d’un crawl dans une splendide piscine d’eau salée.
Bref! Le vrai luxe, sans l’obséquiosité….L’Adresse avec un grand A.
