Beautiful location, wonderful food (lost a star as some dishes were swimming in oil), large portions, and a sofa with a view across the beach. 3.5 stars for the service simply because it took a long time to be served, even though the staff were lovely, helpful and polite.

Very rude manageress. I’ve been before and had a great experience but the lady at the reception today was in a bad mood and passed that negative energy on to us.

Déception totale. Alors que plus de la moitié des tables étaient vides et que les serveurs et serveuses étaient inoccupés nous avons attendu plus de 15 mn dans l'indifférence totale sans qu'on ne vienne prendre notre commande.
Nous avons quitté les lieux sans qu'aucun employé ne vienne à notre rencontre.
Franchement déçu du Royal Beach où on s'attend à un service en rapport avec ses tarifs.

I really enjoy this place. A little bit pricey but the service and food merit the price. Always had a good time / good food / good drink here. Service can be a bit forgetful so make sure you check your your bill as you can order food which is not delivered but which finds its way on to your bill.

Nous avons récemment visité le Royal Beach Lounge avec l’espoir de profiter d’un repas agréable suivi d’un moment de détente sur les transats proposés par l’établissement. Cependant, notre expérience s’est révélée extrêmement décevante et frustrante.

Malgré nos assurances que nous souhaitions uniquement nous reposer sur les transats et non nous baigner, l’accès nous a été strictement refusé. La raison avancée ? Une crainte infondée que nous allions à l’eau. Cette situation était d’autant plus vexante que nous n’étions pas les seuls clients à exprimer ce désir. Nombre d’entre nous ont choisi ce lieu spécifiquement pour la possibilité de se détendre sur les transats, et l’incompréhension face à cette interdiction était palpable.

L’attitude du propriétaire était incompréhensible et semblait dénuée de toute logique commerciale. En tant que clients, nous nous attendions à un minimum de flexibilité et de compréhension, mais nous avons été accueillis par de la rigidité et un manque flagrant d'empathie.

Cette expérience a sérieusement terni notre visite et, malheureusement, malgré la qualité potentielle de la nourriture et du service, ce refus infondé nous a laissés avec un goût amer. Nous sommes partis frustrés et déçus, et il est peu probable que nous retournions dans cet établissement ou que nous le recommandions à d’autres.

Nous espérons que le propriétaire réévaluera ses politiques pour mieux répondre aux attentes et aux besoins des clients à l'avenir. En attendant, nous nous sentirons obligés de chercher ailleurs pour trouver un lieu qui valorise réellement nos souhaits et notre confort.

Das Personal ist leider äußerst unfreundlich. Wir wurden zuerst mit dem Kommentar abgewiesen es seien keine Liegen frei, obwohl wir sehen konnten dass nahezu alle unbelegt waren. Ohne erklärlichen Grund meinte sie nach meiner erneuten Nachfrage, dass wir jetzt auf eine Liegen könnten. Ansonsten ist es ein Standard Beachclub, nicht besonders schön, nicht besonders schlecht.

Ich kenne diesen Badeplatz von früher. Da durfte man seinen Platz noch selber aussuchen…jetzt leider nicht mehr. Das Restaurant ist überteuert!

We had a fantastic experience here. Not sure why all the reviews are leaving bad comments about the waiting staff. Bernadette, Enzo & Leo were delightful and very helpful.

Beautiful location. We had a sunbed on the pier and Leo gave us a great spot. We arrived 11am and still had lists of choice. The food was great and Bernadette was very helpful and requested a change to my meal to the kitchen, which they graciously did for me. I had the chicken and my partner had the sea bream. Would recommend for a nice chilled beach day.
