Food comes, and it’s amazing. Great flavour, looks wonderful. No complaints AT ALL!!
After finishing the food, and trying to alert the speeding waiters to take an order for dessert it took about 20 minutes to clear plates, and another 15 to give us a dessert menu without looking at us and walk away, even though I had already said we knew what we wanted. 10-15 minutes later I flagged the tan bald male waiter to take our dessert order. He said “J’arrive” whilst strolling away to take and deliver a number of orders that took about another 20 minutes at which point we decided to pay and leave.
They apologised once, served us with no care, did not ask about the service quality, and were happy to see us go.
Once they knew they messed up they didn’t bother to make up for it and spent more time on the new customers rather than provide good service to everyone!
Do better, never coming here again, get your act together!!!

Un appunto sui piatti (che erano comunque ottimi): troppa salsa barbecue sulle costine, la burrata dei ravioli non era di ottima qualità e cosa più importante non era segnato sul menu il fatto che la “charcuterie di formaggio” contenesse maggiormente affettati che formaggio, che non abbiamo finito essendo io vegetariana.
Comunque consiglio.

Au moment de la réservation, nous avons été immédiatement avertis que nous devions débarrasser la table avant 21 heures. Nous avons fini par partir vers 21h30. Heureusement, personne ne nous a mis dehors et nous avons pu terminer notre dîner tant attendu.
Nous voulions en prendre, mais cela nous a refroidis.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour son accueil, qui n’était pas chaleureux. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
Je devais être au restaurant à 21h45, j’arrive à 22h10 — certes avec un peu de retard — mais l’accueil a été tout simplement inacceptable.
À peine arrivés, une serveuse blonde nous lance froidement : « Vous avez vu l’heure ? » sur un ton méprisant, puis nous ignore complètement et s’éloigne sans même nous adresser la parole.
Je contacte alors le gérant pour signaler ce comportement, et sa réponse est tout aussi choquante : « Vous êtes en retard, on a le droit de vous parler mal. »
Depuis quand un retard justifie un manque total de respect et de professionnalisme ?
Un restaurant, ce n’est pas qu’un menu, c’est aussi un service. Et ici, il est inexistant, voire insultant. Première et dernière fois.
À fuir si vous espérez un minimum de considération en tant que client.
We got “lucky” (read: the waiter graciously made an exception for us), but by then, the mood had already shifted. We ended up skipping dessert altogether. That policy seriously needs to be reconsidered. A more flexible, guest-friendly approach would go a long way.

La serveuse était vraiment désagréable, ne nous reviendrons plus.
Nous sommes venu le dimanche 18/02 à 14h30. Profiter de leur terrasse pour siroter un verre. On nous installe et là le serveur nous vire pour installer d’autre gens qui eux vienne manger. Je suis trouve sa honteux.
