hôtel en traveaux, certaine chambres ne permettent pas l ouverture normale de la porte, des salles de bain sans mobilier ni porte serviette et impossible de faire le noir pour la nuit sans parler de la salle de petit déjeuner sinistre

Chambre réservée pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Le lit 1 pers presque au ras du sol. Salle de bain vraiment très petite, pas pratique du tout. Pas d applique près du lit. Chambre mal insonorisée pour les bruits intérieurs, on entend vraiment tout ce qui se passe ds le couloir.
Salle du petit-déjeuner pas très propre, touches de la machine à café collantes, couverts encore mouillés, bcp de traces sur carafe d eau.
Seul point positif : personnel de l accueil agréable
A éviter !!!

Le personnel est bien serviable, par contre les chambres sont trop petite, petit déjeuner comme son nom l’indique est bien petit :(

The hotel was very clean, room comfortable, staff friendly, good central location and private car park, however, the hotel took an additional €100 deposit from my account after I’d paid in full for the room, and did NOT tell us. I only noticed later that day and when we checked I asked for the refund to which it was agreed. I still have NOT had that money back and that was 9 days ago and counting. €100 is a lot of money to be taken out of your account when you are on holiday. If I’d have known I may have used a different payment method but we were not informed and I think that is appalling, especially since we are still waiting for a refund. So, please take this as a word of warning and be prepared.
