Un personnel (accueil, entretien, service...) disponible, professionnel, dans un établissement très bien tenu, clair, idéalement placé pour qui souhaite profiter notamment du centre ville, accessible et moderne.

Accueil très chaleureux, hotel très bien situé, matelas confortable, chambre bien décorée et surtout aussi excellent petits déjeuner pas chèr avec des produits locaux. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir des confitures faites maison, des yaourts et jus de la région,... Nous avons fortement apprécié les efforts pour réduire le gaspillage et les objets jetables

Nice Hotel. friendly staff. Short walk to town. What made a great impression on us was the customer service we received after we had booked out. We were at the TGV station waiting for our train when my wife realised she had left her glasses in the hotel room. She rung the hotel and they found the glasses. We asked that they ring a taxi and get the taxi to bring them to the train station ASAP as our train was leaving in 40 minutes. They advised that all taxis were booked for the next 30 minutes. The director of the hotel , in his own vehicle, dropped the glasses to us. Now thats what we call customer service.
