I am a Silver level ALL member so my wife and I are regular Accor visitors.
We wanted to spend a relaxing and romantic pre-Christmas short-break away from home - our stay at the Hotel Mercure proved to be the absolute foundation of a fantastic weekend. Our duplex room (412) was A - MAZE - ZING!! The layout was unique, the facilities superb and the bed was 'beyond comfortable'.
However, what really made our stay exceptional was the personality, the charm and the professionalism of the staff who worked hard to make our stay memorable.
Not only were the folk we encountered in housekeeping, reception, bar and restaurant outstanding at what they did - they exuded an enjoyment in their role. This reflects wonderfully not only on the quality of those individuals, but more emphatically, on the quality of the leadership team and the culture they generate and maintain across the hotel.
As brand and customer experience expert for more than 30 years, I was very, very impressed. I would summarise our stay with you as "a 6 star customer experience from a designated "4 star" hotel!"

C'est un hôtel où je retourne avec beaucoup de plaisir.
L'hôtel est très bien placé, très beau et le personnel est très agréable, très professionnel.

Une très belle découverte au cœur du centre historique de Poitiers.
Le restaurant est excellent dans un superbe cadre.
Les chambres en duplex vous ferons voyager au cœur de l'histoire.
Je reviendrai assurément.
