NOVOTEL POITIERS SITE DU FUTUROSCOPE

Malgré un accueil froid et désagréable d’une serveuse (grande blonde), nous avons passé un très bon moment au restaurant de l’hôtel. En effet, nous avons eu à peine un bonjour et j’en passe. Heureusement pour nous, un second serveur (merci Marc) a pris le relais et a su nous guider, nous conseiller concernant la nouvelle carte du chef de cuisine arrivé depuis peu. De l’entrée au dessert, ce dernier a su être attentif à notre table et ce toujours avec le sourire.
Ce serveur avait raison, nous nous sommes régalé de l’entrée au dessert.
Hormis ce désagrément en début de repas, bravo à l’équipe et merci pour ce moment.

Two weeks ago I stayed at Novotel Poitiers Site du Futuroscope for two nights and asked for a late check out and was charged €40 to checkout at 13:30 even though I am a Silver All Accor member and the hotel was almost empty. Reception didn't even warn me that they would charge me when they said late check out would be okay. When I enquired why I am paying for late check out and explained I am a Silver member, therefore should not have to pay for late check out, they pointed me to the small print where it says lays checkout is free for Silver members "if available". Meanwhile the hotel was almost empty. Today, the hotel is again almost empty and I asked for a late check out but was refused it, even for payment, saying there is no availability for late check our, free or for payment. Reception called me back at 11:45 and asked if I'm leaving the room or keeping it another night, therefore the lack of availability for late check out (free for Silver members or by payment) was a blatant lie. I strongly recommend Accor removes the All Accor benefits from Novotel Poitiers Site du Futuroscope and I warn my fellow travellers to avoid this disrespectful hotel.

Chambre spacieuse avec couchages indépendants pour les enfants dans le canapé.
Petits déjeuners copieux avec du choix.
Accueil irréprochable.
Accès facile au parc du futuroscope( 5/10 minutes à pieds)

Un hôtel qui répond à nos simples attentes : Propre et confortable !
Bon emplacement. Restaurants à proximité. Personnel agréable et bon petit déjeuner !

Literie confortable, et aménagements de qualité.
Il y a cependant des points d'attention à corriger:
- Le manque de prises électriques pour nos appareils (une seule prise accessible d'un seul côté du lit et pour l'ensemble de la chambre !)
- Le réglage de la température de l'air également problématique, ayant eu trop chaud malgré un réglage à 15° ?
Personnel attentionné, mais attente des plats très long au restaurant.
