Have been going here on and off for many years- had all our family come to stay from London and tried calling to book a table for 10 people (no answer, so left a voicemail) also emailed to do the same- this was 4 days before we wanted to attend- no response to email either! After spending a lovely afternoon on the boats, all the family were excited to attend, however on arrival, we were meet with a very nonchalant attitude, totally not interested and very very rude. After more than 20 years off going here, we will never be going again and will be passing this to all those who I have recommended to over the years!

Want be getting my hard earned money again.

Very disappointed!!
