Classy place, restaurant is excellent , and I think it's probably "Paris quality" for versatility, style/range of dishes, etc, and especially the cheese cart, wow. I really was a dining experience for me. If you can't make it far north enough for Paris by all means try the restaurant here, even if you're not staying here. Room and neighborhood very quiet, no road noise at all, lots of ducks in the moat, a real medieval setting more or less. Also very helpful with some clothes washing.

Eat, because the real chef is good, but stay away from the hotel, it is ugly, disfunctional and absurdly overpriced.

Delusione completa. Camera piccola con termosifone rumorosissimo.da non dormire. Ho dovuto mettere la valigia in bagno perché non c'era spazio sufficiente. Colazione poco invitante (va prenotata il giorno prima). Chiesto pane e marmellata, sonnn uscita con la voglia di marmellata (pochissima) . Speso una follia. Non lo consiglio.

Déçu, une fois de plus, par les avis « positifs » du Guide Michelin ! Concernant ce restaurant : 1) Un accueil perturbant à cause de serveurs ricanant en groupe en attendant le client. 2) Un service frisant l’amateurisme avec un air condescendant pour certains serveurs. 3) Une terrasse sans aucun charme. 4) Une cuisine en-dessous de tout, sans aucune originalité et surtout sans saveur. 4) Évidemment, une addition en inadéquation avec la médiocrité de l’ensemble. En conclusion, évitez absolument ce restaurant ainsi que de consulter le Guide Michelin. Préférez lui le Gault et Millau qui est nettement plus fiable (d’ailleurs ce restaurant n’y est pas du tout référencé).

Schönes hochpreisiges Hotel in einem ehemaligen Wasserschloss. Guter und freundlicher Service, sauberes Zimmer, großes Bad, mit ausgezeichnetem Restaurant. Wir übernachteten nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Frühstück kostet extra.
