Nous connaissions le restaurant de La Rochelle mais quelle déception ici à l’île de ré… nous sommes d’autant plus déçus que nous gardions un excellent souvenir

Excellent plats simples et succulents. Allez y l'ambiance est géniale et le personnel jeune est très sympathique.

Tinha reservado, e fizeram me esperar na rua, o dono do restaurante foi estupido, e mandou me sair da porta do restaurante para ir para a estrada esperar me chamarem.. a comida é boa, porém muito cara, prato de frutos do mar por 50€ por pessoa, não tem opção para alérgicos

If you like seafood, this is the place to go on Ré.
Superb quality of fresh seafood, served by friendly staff in a cozy, but very simple place. You pay for what is on your plate, not for a fancy interior.

Vous cherchez une adresse un peu hors du monde, hors du temps ? Un lieu convivial avec un service souriant et détendu? Un bon repas de produits locaux au rapport qualité prix imbattable ? Ne cherchez plus. Venez au Tout du cru manger avec Annie Cordy, Serge Lama, Jean Ferrat et Julien Clerc. Vous ne serez pas déçu ! Bravo et merci pour ce bon moment.

Absolutely wonderful!

Unfortunately, the service team is a bunch of untrained kids. Despite the good food, the whole evening was unpleasant.
First, they forgot to serve the second course. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, we asked a waiter. (The restaurant was already half empty). He went into the kitchen, looked at the order, and did nothing. Then we asked a second waiter, who really checked the order and asked the kitchen to start preparing the second course.
After we had finished the second course, we were ignored again. They were clearly in a going home mood and had stopped caring for the few guests that were left. After some time, we managed to get a waiter who first told us that they would start cooking (a dish she told us at the order that it takes at least 20 minutes to cook). She asked us if we wanted to wait, nevertheless, as they had forgotten it, too. After we denied and prepared to leave, she came back and told us that it would be ready in five minutes. So we stayed. We got a burning hot dish, which was clearly cooked to hot to be ready faster.
Then the waiter took our half full wine bottle from our cooler while he cleaned the neighbour table and took it to the kitchen. It took ten minutes and the help of helpful Frenchman at another table until they realized their mistake. They brought us back some bottle with the explanation that it was saved from the place where all the dirty dishes are stored to be washed.
We refused the wine because who wants to get his wine from the dirty dishes' place?
When we paid the bill, they told us that the waiters were new and still had to learn. Nevertheless, they refused to deduct anything from the bill. The boss does not allow them to do this.
The food would have been nice, but the evening was waiting, asking and managing the stuff who was completely disorganized.
Far from being enjoyable.

The answer of the owner, who was not at the restaurant when we were there, is not correct.
The stuff has neither offered a new wine bottle nor to deduct it from the bill. Instead they told us that it was saved from the empty dishes and that we have to take and pay it.
And yes we tried to help to young waiters because otherwise we wouldn't have gotten any food. But honestly, it would be the job of the owner to be at the restaurant and to organize his stuff at high season so that we can enjoy the dinner. It's not enjoyable to eat at a place if one has to take care that the food is delivered to the table because the boss is absent.

Zuerst haben wir noch geschmunzelt über das, was am Nachbartisch passiert ist. Die Tischnachbarn mussten lange auf den richtigen Wein warten und haben dann auch noch die Hauptspeisenplatte vor der Vorspeise bekommen und selbst da war dann noch kein Wein auf deren Tisch. Bei uns hat es zuerst gut begonnen. Wir bekamen den Wein und die Vorspeise. Leider waren wir danach vergessen. Wir mussten dem Service mehrmals deuten, damit endlich der leere Suppenteller abserviert wird und man auf dem engen Tisch wieder Platz hatte. Nach insgesamt 1h 15 Minuten haben wir dann nachgefragt, was eigentlich mit unserem zweiten Gang ist. Zuerst war etwas Verwirrung, dann sagten sie, es werde eh gerade vorbereitet. Aber alles über unser euäigenständiges Nachfragen in der Küche, weil am Tisch kam das Service de facto nie vorbei. Sie entschuldigten sich dann beim Servieren des zweiten Ganges und boten Kaffee, Glas Wein oder Cognac aufs Haus an. Wir verneinten alles, weil wir das nicht wollten und einfach nur froh waren, dass der 2. Gang da war. Nebenbei räumten sie dann den Nachbartisch ab. Wir bemerkten dann, dass unsere Flasche Wein samt dem Wein Cooler samt Halterung verschwunden war!?! Als wieder kein Servicepersonal uns Aufmerksamkeit schenkte, haben uns dann sogar die anderen Tischnachbarn, die auch nur noch über das Service lachen konnten, sprachlich geholfen und dem Personal erklärt, dass unser Wein einfach abserviert worden sei. Die Kellnerin ist sodann in die Küche und kam dann nach ein paar Minuten wieder mit einer Flasche Wein heraus. Wir sagten, dass wir diesen Wein nicht wollen, weil wir überhaupt nicht sicher sein können, ob das überhaupt unsere Weinflasche ist und ausserdem wollen wir keinen Wein, den sie zuerst suchen müssen. Auch hatten wir inzwischen den 2. Gang ohne Wein beendet. Und nachdem sie vorher uns ohnedies für die Verspätung des 2. Ganges Kaffee, Wein oder Cognac abgeboten hatten, haben wir gesagt, dass die 2 Gläser, die wir aus unserer Flasche zuvor konsumiert haben, dann eben aufs Haus gehen sollen. Auch wegen der bestellten Hauptspeise herrschte im übrigen Verwirrung. Wir haben dann nach über 1,5 h die eigentliche Hauptspeise bekommen. Diese war dann eine Enttäuschung. Es hätte Fisch mit Pürree überbacken sein sollen. Es befand sich kaum Fisch darin. Es war fast nur Püree und das um Eur 21. Darauf angesprochen sagte die Kellnerin dann, dass das Rezept so sei (10% Fisch und der Rest Püree). Mag sein, das wissen wir nicht. Finden wir allerdings dann doch recht teuer. Aber okay . Nach 1h45 wollten wir das Lokal verlassen. Wir sind dann davon ausgegangen, dass es das Mindeste ist, uns den Wein nicht zu verrechnen. Aber Fehlanzeige. Die "Jungchefin" beharrte darauf, dass wir die Flasche, die sie uns nach dem ersten Gang abserviert haben und wir während des 2. Ganges gar nicht zur Verfügung hatten, bezahlen. Das obwohl sie ja zuerst meinte, sie lade uns auf alles mögliche als Enttschuldigung für den total verspäteten 2. Gang ein. Wir trinken weder harte Getränke (Cognac) noch Kaffee gegen 23:00 Uhr. Wir haben für die totale Verspätung des 2. Ganges auf eine Entschädigung verzichtet. Aber für einen Wein, den wir zum 2. Gang gar nicht mehr hatten, weil er mit dem Geschirr des Nachbartisches abgeräumt wurde und erst 10 Minuten später wieder am Tisch war, wollten wir wirklich nichts mehr zaheln. Der ganze Abend war sehr mühsam, weil das Personal zwar zahlreich ist, aber sich kaum kümmert. Man muss als Kunde sich um alles kümmern. Dass dann auch noch unser Wein mitabserviert wurde, spricht für sich. Der Wein kostete im übrigen nur Eur 19. Es war eine lokale Flasche, von der wir ca. 1/4 des Inhaltes konsumiert haben. Wir haben den Wein am Ende bezahlt, weil sich das Personal geweigert hat, den Chef anzurufen. Das kann ich ja fast verstehen, weil kein Mitarbeiter will wohl seinem Chef von den ganzen Serviceschwierigkeiten erzählen. Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.

Super pour un public adulte mais plus limité pour les enfants qui ne sont pas forcément adepte des fruits de mer

It was great good service, traditional and the food was amazing a must for sea lovers.

Super accueil avec notre chien arrivé pourtant sans réservation, repas excellent rapide produit frais, dans un petit coin tranquille ambiance chaleureuse,je recommande fortement !

Le Tout du Cru une belle découverte sur Saint-Martin! Vous êtes accueilli avec le sourire et servi avec le sourire. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour la clientèle (jusqu'à me prêter une blouse pour pas me tacher avec mon Araignée). Et que dire des plats: ils sont tout simplement fabuleux. Comme la programmation musicale.

Très bonne cuisine. Le saumon gravelax et sa sauce à l'aneth est excellent ! On recommande aussi l'avocat au tourteau. Et aussi de très beaux plateaux de fruits de mer. Ne pas rater le riz au lait à la fleur de sel et au caramel !

Petit resto très sympa façon bouchon lyonnais avec une déco top . Un service agréable. Dommage pour la cuisine avec un plat de couteaux persillé qui avait le goût d ammoniaque.

Bon accueil, beaucoup de personnel au service mais un grand manque d’efficacité dans les plats.
Nous avons attendu 45mn pour avoir un bol de bulots (très moyen) un bol d’amandes de mer ( pas terrible) et une assiette de crevettes/ mayonnaise. Et pourtant la salle s’était bien vidée, et au vue de la présentation des plats cela ne méritait pas cette attente ! D’autre table aussi s’interrogeaient sur la venue de leurs plats

Je suis très déçu car je pensais me régaler et pas du tout !
Concernant l’addition, pour compenser l’attente on nous a offert un des apéritifs, mais dommage quand même !

Restaurant avec de très bons produits de la mer, huitres, boulots, crevettes..etc , service au top et l ambiance et la decoration nous replonge dans l ancien temps !

Déçus de notre sortie au restaurant. Nous avions l’impression de gêner et Rapport qualité prix vraiment pas au top . Heureusement qu’il y avait du pain . La salade de poulpe était plutôt un salade d’oignons etc … nous sommes partis avant le dessert ! Près de 120 euros tout de même pour 4 « plats » et 4 boissons .

Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec des produits de qualités, un peu d'attente mais un grand week-end c'est normal, le personnel étais très sympa.
