Je n' étais pas un client de l hôtel mais juste de passage et avec un téléphone vide de batterie et le personnel a bien voulu me dépanner. Un grand merci

I did spend more than a week in the hotel for professional leisure reason on the top of this I got sick so I had the pleasure to stay a full weekend and turn on in in bed and then I’ve been victim of strikes in France.
My room was nice and renovated and nothing much to say about it. It’s good product but outside of the room anything is in this hotel is completely outdated matching the reception desk is not less than 80 cm. There is no restaurant there for the offer in terms of food, you will be able to buy for unbelievable price prepare meal which instead of being kind of been displaying nice glass jar. The starters are okay. The main course are terrible. I avoided the deserts
Breakfast is like regular breakfast to Hotel and it was okay nothing to say
I believe this hotel is franchise and not allowed, which is managed by ACCOR Group… this would explain everything that I mentioned.
My bed was good I slept well just the rest was depressing. Even the space in the lobby to sit down is cramped in between the door and a sort of library. I mean it’s uncomfortable noisy no no no no sorry.
But as I said, in the end that was the most important, the bed was incredibly good. A large king size bed, bathroom completely refurbished. All the room is refurbished wooden floor and it’s really great room where you can open your windows and it’s great. Yeah no fault in the room definitely.
Was pretty amazing and nice as I said, I don’t think the problems of this Hotel are coming from the staff or from whatever else and the owner and the money that she doesn’t want to put in it to refurbish it

Très bon hôtel , convivial et confortable. Le seul bémol c'est le bruit excessif généré par l'appareil de climatisation

petit déjeuner copieux et viennoiserie excellente, le matelas était de bonne qualité et moelleux

Nous avons pris une chambre pour 2 alors qu'il était 2h du matin , sincèrement le prix est correct , la réception de nuit rien a redire . Pareil pour la chambre , la literie est impeccable et dans son ensemble tout est correct . Le problème c'est que le lendemain matin le verou de la salle de bain est resté bloqué , biensur l'hôtel n'est pas particulièrement équipé en outils pour ce genre de situation donc avec l'autorisation de l'hôtel on a commencé à forcé la serrure ce qu'on est parvenue à faire au bout de 40 minutes , jusqu'à la c'est pas entièrement de la faute de l'hôtel mais ce qui nous a vraiment déplu sa a été que au moment de partir la réceptionniste a pris un air condescendant et très méprisant comme si on ne savait pas utilisé un verrou , de plus nous avions prévu un restaurant mais bien sur à cause de sa le restaurant on peux oublié , et en bref sans demandé particulièrement un geste commercial on aurait aimé avoir des excuse sincère.

Rien à dire. Très agréable séjour.
Un grand merci tout spécialement à la personne qui a pris notre réservation. Nous avons voulu utiliser des points pour payer une partie du séjour et c'est la première fois que je trouve une personne en direct qui a su gérer cette réservation sans aucun souci.

Pas vraiment de surprise car je descend régulièrement dans des hôtels ibis mais à Rochefort séjour très plaisant, chambre confortable et sans nuisance sonore, personnel aimable et efficace.
Petit-déjeuner bien, en rapport avec le prix.
Rien à redire.

Hotel bien situé, parking gratuit juste à côté.
Personnel agréable et de bon service. Petit déjeuner très correct.
