Right in the middle of the village. Very friendly and helpful. Great food and accommodated vegetarian menu for us. Unfortunately, our tour operator had booked us on the night of the village fair - this is more akin to a rave going on until 4 am with after party going on till breakfast. The manager had warned the tour company so not their fault.

au centre d’un joli village, l’hôtel Arraya est un ancien relais des pèlerins de Compostelle. D’architecture typiquement basque, le cadre est accueillant. Personnel aimable et attentionné, chambre joliment décorée et bien équipée mais mal insonorisée (nous entendions nos voisins…).|Le restaurant propose une carte inventive aux plats savoureux mais elle est trop limitée surtout si vous séjournez plusieurs jours sur place. |Un conseil : choisir une chambre au 2ème étage pour éviter le défaut d’insonorisation des planchers. ||In the centre of a pretty village, Hotel Arraya is a former stopover for Compostela pilgrims. With its typically Basque architecture, the setting is welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are nicely decorated and well-equipped, but soundproofed (we could hear our neighbours...).|The restaurant offers an inventive menu with tasty dishes, but it is too limited, especially if you are staying for several days. |A word of advice: choose a room on the 2nd floor to avoid the lack of soundproofing of the floors and ceilings.

Un lieu paisible, le jardin, la piscine, aucune fausse note. On s’y sent tout simplement bien.

Absolument parfait , un hôtel de charme aux prestations de qualité, décoration soignée, propreté irréprochable et un accueil au top. La chambre sur le jardin était très calme, aucun bruit !Nous avions également réservé une table pour le diner, cuisine agréable juste une petite suggestion pour la cheffe : un accompagnement avec le plat principal serait le bienvenu . Une halte à ne pas manquer dans cette belle région ! Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain passage au pays basque chaque année en été.
