Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. We sent multiple emails to the hotel to alter our reservation - we asked for everything from a refund, to moving our travel dates back, to letting our friends stay at the hotel so our money did not go to waste - and we even had our friends who live in St. Jean de Luz go to speak to the hotel the hotel about our unfortunate circumstances that caused us to have to cancel our trip to France. Initially, the hotel said they understood and they said we would have to work with the booking agent and when we worked with the booking agent they said they would accommodate if the hotel would work with them and when the booking agent reached out to the hotel they said they would not work with them. It is clear the hotel was lying and looking for any way to take our money and then charge for new guests to stay in our room so they get paid twice. With this kind of customer service run around I would not recommend this hotel. It is a shame as the hotel had multiple opportunities to find an option that would meet their business needs as well as put their customer first. What a poor way to run a business that relies on recommendations.

Etablissement de qualité autant pour le service hôtelier, que pour les soins prodigués durant la thalasso. Dès que le nouveau chef de cuisine aura pris ses marques, la restauration devrait revenir au top et si je devais ne mettre en avant qu'une seule personne côté restaurant ce serait la 2de chef pâtissière, Meri, et côté spa beauté ce serait Mélanie pour ses massages de rêve, Elles sont juste EXCELLENTES !! Merci également au directeur de l'établissement pour son écoute et sa réactivité. A bientôt
