Service was a disaster. I waited for over 5 minutes for the owner to finish his cigarette so I could pay.
Very expensive place!! Food was really bad. Fish had smell. We paid over €40 per person without alcohol.
I was deceived by the reviews on google as it was showing 4.2, not even close to the actual rating in my opinion which should be lower than 3.
Would never recommend this place to anyone and hope this helps others to avoid this expensive and terrible place.

Um local com vários pratos típicos da zona. Desde a bebida, entradas e pratos principais, nada foi realmente bom o suficiente que justificasse o preço, era bom mas era caro. Provavelmente o sítio acaba por justificar os preços. Fomos bem atendidos e o tempo de espera também foi curto.

Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant , le plat ttoro est certainement très éloigné du
plat Basque mais plutôt d’une soupe de poison de supermarché et encore.

EXCELLENT! So I rarely ever review but the negative review from others spurred me on. We made a reservation and had to wait outside (there was nowhere else it is very small and was packed for Bastille day) for 5 minutes which is very common at many good restaurants in the U.S. after being seated we did have to wait a bit to get waited upon, again it was a packed house on a holiday. As a Chef I understand the challenges. However the food was worth the wait. We had octopus ceviche, persillade and sea bream , all cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. No salt and pepper on the table? Please get over it, ask if you want some. The owners were working on site and were very kind. Very small intimate and romantic restaurant. I highly recomend.

However, the service was quite bad. Friendly and welcoming staff but slow service, we had 5 different waiters who mixed up/forgot our order so we waited quite a while. Not just us but other tables too. We've been here before and not had a problem with the service. So would definitely go back again because the food is great !
