I can confidently say that Poissonnerie du Marais by Jordan Marée is an absolute gem, consistently delivering an unparalleled culinary experience. I have never once had anything less than a sensational meal here, and it's clear why this establishment is so incredibly popular.
Let's talk about the stars of the show: the oysters. They are, without a doubt, the freshest I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Each one is a briny kiss of the sea, perfectly shucked and bursting with flavour. If you're an oyster lover, this is your Mecca.
Then there's the smoked salmon – a revelation! It's hands down the best smoked salmon I have ever tasted, with a delicate texture and a rich, complex flavour that dances on the palate. And the salmon tartare? Spectacular! Fresh, vibrant, and expertly seasoned, it's a dish I crave regularly.

Dégustation sur terrasse d'huîtres fraîche. Et d'un tartare de saumon fumé tartinable maison . Accompagner d'un petit verre de blanc . Très bon rapport qualité et prix. Service correct et aimable

Déçu par la qualité des produits. Crevettes roses décongelées trop salées, des tètes manquantes sur 2 pièces, crevettes grises sans goût, langoustines trop cuites, la gambas pas très bonne, seules les huîtres et les bulots étaient bons. la poissonnerie n’est pas propre, les rayons pas soignés. Le personnel est top. Il existe bien mieux dans le secteur
