Drove past on a Wednesday on our way to Albert and it looked closed. Tried to visit on the Friday but it was still closed despite Google maps saying it was open. A huge disappointment.

Café-Restaurant situé à proximité des sites mémoriaux de la Grande guerre 1914-1918, proche de la ville 'Albert (80). L'établissement est le bienvenu pour faire une pause et découvrir une collection d'objets et autres vestiges de l'époque. Nous avons été bien reçus pour consommer un café dans une ambiance sympathique ✌️????️

Eenvoudige kaart met lekkere klassieke gerechten. Eerlijke, bijna homemade maaltijd. We waren er op een erg druk moment wat een langere wachttijd gaf maar het eten was zeer lekker. In een authentieke museum omgeving.

Si vous voulez passer un bon moment dans un cadre superbe avec une excellente ambiance, moi qui suit en situation de handicap l'accueil et le service au petit soin pour moi (Merci) La cuisine est excellente simple, sans fioriture superflue et copieuse . Merci Dominique pour la mémoire que vous entretenez avec toutes ces collections qui relatent l'histoire de toute ces personnes qui ont participé à ce terrible conflit qui a touché cette région en 1916.

Tommy's is really good. Portions are very large. Price is 13 euros for ham eggs chips and salad. You can even get your souvenirs here.

Joindre l'utile à l'agréable. Petite brasserie parfaite pour débuter suivi de la visite du musée souvenir. Très intéressant. Nous avons apprécié le temps passé avec son propriétaire et le travail accompli pour transmettre aux générations l'histoire des hommes qui se sont dévoués pour notre pays. Je conseille cette visite. Merci aux acteurs de ce musée du souvenir.

Établissement incontournable lorsque l'on s'intéresse à la 1ere guerre mondiale. Les plats proposés sont copieux, simples et de bonne qualité (rapport qualité/ prix correct), Le service est rapide et l'ambiance est bonne grâce à ce qui est exposé dans le restaurant et aux nombreux touristes britanniques qui fréquentent ce lieu. Le musée (à l'extérieur) est intéressant par les reconstitutions de tranchées mais un peu cher. Je recommande cet établissement.

A lovely place to stop for lunch. The tour guide knows the place well, along with the Australian and English Word War history. A good trip to see how the area was back in the 1st and 2nd World War

Le tarif des plats peut vous paraître au premier abord excessif mais la quantité sera présente dans l'assiette.
En revanche nous n'avons eu aucune explication sur le musée malgré ma demande alors que nous étions 4 dans le restaurant en fin de service.
Le musée extérieur ne vaut absolument pas le détour , nous avons été très déçu , ne payez pas pour cela !!
Le matériel original en extérieur subit les aléas climatiques et cela est très triste ....

This is the worse restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. If when visiting it says close. Do yourself a favour and don’t go back! Total ripoff, and totally disrespectful to the memories of the brave common wealth soldiers who fought for in ww1

Was so looking forward to visiting as part of our family holiday. We checked opening times which stated closing at 4pm so presumed lunch at 2pm would be great. We arrived to find it closed with the door locked.
We waited for 30 minutes just to make sure then a Gentleman opened the door and gestured to us to go so we left. Very disappointed will not be returning!

My family and I visited today for lunch. Although we spoke limited French and the wait staff could speak minimal English we were able to communicate our order and were serviced quickly and efficiently. The hospitality could have been a little bit better, possibly the language barrier.

We ordered two of the omelette and chips and two of the sausage and chips. Both dishes also had a side salad. Food was cooked fresh in the kitchen, generous portions and were homely in nature.

The set up is quite unique as although we did not pay the 7 euro (which I think is a little high for paying dining customers) to visit the museum the dining area and entrance to the bathrooms are lined with historical war memorabilia so we still had a taste of the display on offer.

I would recommend a visit if looking for a good meal at a reasonable price.

Stopped here for lunch. Simple menu choices, we had omelettes and they were fine. The collection of WW1 artifacts on display is fascinating, really worth seeing.
