The hotel was amazing and the staff so kind and helpful.
The only reason I am not giving the hotel a 10 is because the shower drain in my room (209) was not evacuating the water quickly enough, so I would have to stop the shower several times to let it drain down before spilling over onto the floor. I had reported the condition to the front desk but did not get fixed during my stay.

As always the staff are wonderful. The location is exceptional. Walk across the magnificent Parc Beaumont to the center of Pau, along the esplanade with the magnificent mountains and the grand villas of the Belle Epoch. Pau is a beautiful city with an important aviation heritage. The Wright Brothers were here. Also, very horsey with a race track and the annual five-star three-day event.

L'accès à la piscine est payant ce qui est bien dommage pour un hôtel de ce standard. Le personnel est très agréable et a le sens du service. La brasserie est superbe au niveau nourriture et service.
