What the hell motivates two Vietnamese to run such a small but extremely fine restaurant in Amiens? Every dish is full of heart and love for simple but very high-quality gastronomy without compromise. The dishes we ate, "Bun Thit", with chili and Beurre de Cacahuete sauce, were extremely authentic and unbelievably good, whether it was the ingredients used or the overall taste. Combined with first-class desserts, well-tempered drinks and service that is unrivaled in warmth and good manners. A recommendation for the palate and the heart... we will be back....
