关于ONETIK

At my turn I stopped at the Bidegaray cafe and a woman made me a wonderful cheese sandwich full of big slices of Onetik cheese. The best €10 sandwich, it gave me fuel to reach my destination. In Helette I went to a small épicerie and bought a small wheel (1kg?) of cheese for €12 ..a total bargain! It added to the weight on my shoulders but was worth it. As I climbed to Spain on the Camino it was cold and windy at the top of the mountain so a 5-6 of us stopped into the storm shelter to warm up. I pulled out the cheese and my trusty Opinel and shared it with everyone reducing my cheese weight to half. Luckily for me I found the cheese again on my way back at the marche at St Jean de Luz. I used to love Comté, but now it's Onetik!
