Les plats et le service. Le croque monsieur au foie gras ????????????????????????
Où est le vertugadin ? On mange sur un sol plat, parallèle à la terre... ok, une légère pente dans le jardin... mais bon, quand même ! *
Au domaine de Villarceaux , là vous en avez un vrai grand et beau ! ... MAIS aucun resto, donc pas les bons choix comme ceux de la carte ici (+ de très bons vins).
Et si en plus, les plats du jour ou de la semaine sont tentants, obligés de revenir pour la carte. "Choisir... c est renoncer..."
Le personnel a été accueillant, souriant.
Mention particulière à Bastien, sauf erreur. Fort sympathique, qui tout en étant naturel a compris la notion de métier de service (d'autant plus en hôtellerie restauration).
Ma prochaine à Chantilly, je reviendrai !

While working in the outskirts of Chantilly, my team and I decided to try this restaurant and we left feeling like we have just experienced the best french dining experience ever!
The food was just wonderful, with every bite of the pork poitrine delivering a different taste and texture (from the perfectly crunchy crust to the sauce bursting with flavours). The fresh local strawberries and Chantilly cream was the perfect ending to a summer's day.
Though the food was great, the restaurant staff was just amazing (if only I could give them six stars!). Highly attentive (always topping up our water supply on one of the hottest days of the year) and bringing the food to the table with a smile, I cannot remember having been so well treated at any restaurant. You have to experience it to believe it!
Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful evening and I look forward to heading back to your wonderful restaurant again.
