Très bel établissement (piscine, parking, ascenseur, animal-friendly); personnel accueillant et efficace.||La literie des studios n'est pas à la hauteur du standing.

L'hôtel mérite-t-il 4 étoiles ?||Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le monsieur nous a dit que le stationnement était « impossible », mais nous avions réservé une place dans le garage. Finalement, il nous a dit que c'était bon. ||Nous avons été déçus par le balcon qui était tres petit et la vu du balcon n'était pas au top.||Le bar n'est ouvert qu'en juillet et août !||Le petit déjeuner était bon. Mais prenez le jus d'orange de la machine qui presse les oranges. Le jus d'orange dans le bocal était mauvais, mais ils l'ont changé quand ils l'ont su.||L'hôtel mérite-t-il 4 étoiles ?

Although the hotel clearly states that check in is only available after 15:00, we landed on an early flight at 8 and were told to wait until check in time. To our surprise, we saw how three different guests were accepted while we waited in the lobby l. When we asked about why our room couldn't be prioritized, we were told that the hotel gives that as courtesy to customers. As we are not native French speakers, we suspect we never were a priority to the hotel for this reason, although we had booked one of the most expensive rooms for a long stay and paid for everything in advance.
Also, when attending other customers who had to wait for check in at 15:00, the reception clerk offered them to contact them by phone when the room would be ready or to use the pool while the room was prepared. In our case we were left waiting in the lobby with no other option than to keep asking for updates.
I can't believe a serious hotel cannot prioritize that the rooms for early arrivals are done before other rooms to enhance the customer's experience. Applying check in times selectively in such a blatant way reeks of discrimination.
