Très belle vue depuis l'hôtel. Parking gratuit, très bon petit déjeuner avec produits locaux ????

I made a reservation a week ahead of the stay and tried to cancel within 48hrs of my payment following a change of plan. Despite reaching out to the hotel and explaining the situation, I didn't get any refund or any form of support from the hotel. Given that bookings can almost always be cancelled if done sufficiently in advance in France I find the response deeply unsatisfying.
