MASSIVE WARNING .... DO NOT STAY HERE.. Absolute Shambles of a place. Arriving late due to traveling 10 hours from south of Spain by car, so what's wrong, the not so clean bedding with dog hair everywhere and one adult choosing to sleep in the car yes car, The shower head not fixed to the wall to use correctly so non of my family could shower correctly ( standard stuff), showering water so hot to much too shower for an adult never mind burning a child!, and to top it off when i mention this on returning the keys they have told me no one had spoken to them lol, pure lies and deception on all levels. so i hope they will think hopefully about some sort of refund maybe but communication so far has been nothing but useless.. good luck all and remember this is just an honest review. thanks

Points positifs : fonctionnel et vue.
Points negatifs : TOUT est vieux et abîmé, wc qui bouge, chauffage rouillé et energivore, joint de salle de bain pas etanche ! C'est vraiment limite. Par ailleurs sens de l'hospitalité ? Inexistant utilisables minimum voire rien du tout (savon, papier wc, sopalin, lave vaisselle, bouteille d'eau), equipement et materiel relativement ancien, on nous demande de nettoyer le logement avant le depart (pas de service de propreté prevu apres le depart ?), service client minimum.
Ne mérite pas le 3 étoiles ! joue uniquement sur la piscine et la vue. Le reste je trouve tres limite. Dommage.

Both on the phone and by email there was no “I’m sorry to hear that”… only “this booking is non-refundable”.
For such an expensive stay that is unacceptable customer service!!
