Under new ownership, and is transformed! Very welcoming, and excellent value for money, with good food, using local ingredients, and imaginatively cooked. One of the few restaurants which offer the "Menu du Jour" in the evening (except Saturday). Very friendly manageress, who likes speaking English. We come to Pre about once a month, and visit Le Normandie on most occasions. They are never very full, which we cannot understand, as the value and quality are unequalled locally. The only off-note is the somewhat gloomy appearance of the restaurant
