Excellent staff and facilities, however hot water not working and loud noise all through the night

We’re truly sorry about the hot water issue (the problem has been solved) and the noise during the night of the 23/08, which unfortunately was beyond our control. We’ll do our best to improve on these points to make future stays more comfortable.
