This charming restaurant in Fontevraud-l’Abbaye should not be missed. The foie gras was spectacular. The terrine absolutely melt in your mouth. The smoked lentil salad with Charolette apple and shrimp had so many wonderful flavors. The amazing combination of the flavors was so delicious. The Sea bream, Arborio risotto and ball celery, white wine sauce with candied lemon was so delightful. The Veal rump, morel sauce, compressed cabbage with smoked bacon was prepared to perfection. The soufflé was prepared to perfection. Please not that you must order the soufflé when you prepare your meal. If you have a sweet tooth, you must order the beignet. It was so enjoyable. The wine selection was incredibly impressive. You must also give the beautiful dog some loving.

Vraiment un restaurant à essayer d'urgence allez à Fontevraud. la gastronomie française au top. Et puis c'est proche de l'abbaye de Fontevraud. ????c'est notre restaurant préféré

Plats insipides et temps d' attente affreusement long plus de deux heures entre le plat et le dessert

Tout était parfait. Les goûts des mets, l'accueil malgré notre volonté de rentrer par le côté rue :) Excellente découverte, merci pour ce moment très agréable.
