Dîners-concerts en extérieur dans un très beau jardin, l’ambiance est formidable. Service un peu en flux tendu. Un seul cabinet de toilette dans l’hôtel, absurde car on doit faire la queue un peu comme devant les toilettes publiques. C’est nul.

Stayed here for 3 nights this week. What a fantastic place. Customer service was excellent throughout from welcome to farewell. Always pleasant and helpful. Hotel is really clean and room was spacious with everything you need for a short break. Housekeeping was consistently good throughout, good quality towels and comfy bed, 2 free bottles of water daily (one still, one sparkling) and top quality dyson hairdryer and Marshall speaker in situ!
The location is excellent with bars, restaurants, and shops on your doorstep. A carrefour supermarket is directly opposite. Only a short walk to the beaches and viewpoints. 15 minutes from the airport 16 euros by taxi or 2.30 euros for two by bus each way.

A terrific stay at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Biarritz. Everything about this stay was lovely, from the location (close to the Marché de Biarritz and a quick walk to the walking path along the cliffs) to the welcoming and helpful staff to lunch at the tree-shaded courtyard restaurant where the food was delicious. The room was a comfortable size with a large walk-in shower and a separate water closet. Large windows that open and let in the sea breeze made the temperature comfortable during our summer stay. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality and everything in the room was very clean.

I must point out and commend the management and staff for one of the most amazing bits of customer service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. A bit of a long story, but it involved a package that I mailed at La Poste containing my shopping treasures while visiting Biarritz. The package was addressed to my non-France home address but was returned to the hotel address long after I had departed the hotel and France. Not only did the staff collect the package and let me know what had happened, they offered to send a staff member back to La Poste to repackage and re-mail the package to me.

As a very frequent traveler who has traveled to over 90 countries, I have a lot of experience with hotels and customer service (or a lack of customer service), and I have to say that I was blown away by this display of customer care, and for a customer who was already gone from the property.

The saga continued with the second mailing being returned to the hotel, and once again, they graciously assisted me with receiving the package and holding it in their office until a friend could come and pick it up in person. I cannot thank them enough for this great kindness and courtesy that they displayed and I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will be well taken care of by the staff of this hotel. They are simply outstanding, and I do not normally use those words for a hotel stay. Thank you, Hotel de Silhouette! You have a huge fan, and I will be planning another trip to Biarritz soon and I know exactly where I will stay.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce bel établissement.
Merci au personnel pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme de qualité.
La décoration est soignée et de très bon goût.
Idéalement situé au cœur de Biarritz et proche de la plage, celui ci est niché dans un écrin de verdure au calme.
Nous reviendrons bien entendu et recommanderons ce très bel hôtel de standing.

J'ai étais dans ce restaurant et j'ai trouver le service long et j'ai voulu prendre du fromage et on m'a dit qu'il était pasteurisé alors qu'il ne l'était pas on a répondu aléatoirement à ma demande juste pour faire vite étant enceinte je peux pas prendre n'importe quel fromage et j'ai vomis tout mon plat et même le poisson que j'avais manger

We had dinner in the restaurant, my wife ordered the octopus, unfortunately it arrived with a hair in it. While that can happen anywhere, we did ask politely if it could be changed. The second dish arrived as a smaller dish and was cold. We sent it back for a second attempt. While the setting is lovely. I really couldn’t recommend this restaurant knowing that they just took the previous dish and put it on a new plate. This is what I told the waitress and her reaction was ‘I know, I did tell the chef’.

Tout était parfait ! Un magnifique séjour dans un sublime établissement

La perfection !
C’était notre deuxième séjour à l’hôtel de Silhouette, et il s’est révélé encore plus parfait que le premier.
Tout d’abord, le personnel de la réception est top. Mention spéciale à Laura, qui a été le rayon de soleil de notre semaine : professionnelle, attentive, et force de proposition. Grâce à elle, (voyant comme nous étions chargés) nous avons changé de chambre pour une deluxe avec une terrasse sublime. Un très grand espace extérieur avec vue sur le jardin et sur la mer ! Des transats, un canapé, une table pour déjeuner ou dîner… un rêve. Le service est parfait. Le restaurant est très agréable avec les petits concerts tous les soirs à l’apéro.
L’hôtel est un écrin de calme dans les rues festives et agitées du centre-ville.
Évidemment, l’emplacement est plus que parfait, et l’ambiance qui y règne nous fait nous sentir chez nous.
Merci pour cette semaine parfaite !
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Magnifique jardin, bonne cuisine pour une soirée musicale, ...parfait !

Très déçu. Cher pour la qualité proposée. |23euros le magret de canard alors qu il s agit d un demi magret.|Épaule d agneau confite qui est juste sèche avec un jus de betterave trop salé.|Pas de dessert pour nous l’addition était bien trop élevée. |Dommage car le cadre est sympa avec un petit orchestre qui joue du jazz.|Ils ont voulu en faire un endroit sélect bobo où se retrouve toute la jet set de Biarritz.|Dommage ……autour du restaurant il y a d autres petits resto bien meilleurs et moins cher.|Nous n y reviendrons pas.

Hôtel au confort incroyable ou tout est accueillant et chaleureux, personnel souriant, agréable cherchant toujours à vous être agréable. On s y sent comme chez soi dans un luxueux décor cocooning

Charmant endroit pour déjeuner ou dîner dans un joli jardin arboré à l’abri de l’agitation des halles de Biarritz.

Délicieux séjour en couple.
Accueil très chaleureux et tout a été mis en oeuvre par l'équipe, des hôtes d'accueil, la gouvernante, au gardien de nuit, pour nous rendre le séjour agréable.

Je ne connais que le restaurant : Lieu très agréable pour déjeuner dans un joli jardin en plein centre de Biarritz, Tous les plats que j ai goûtés sont bons et bien dosés tels agneau, poissons et gambas..( même les frites sont excellentes) Le service est courtois, attentif et souriant.
Vraiment un très agréable dejeuner.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu einen unverschämten Preis ohne Tageslicht.
Beim öffnen der Terrassentür stand auf einem Platz umgeben von Beton (auch nach oben war keine sicht zum Himmel wegen einer Betondecke).
Nur ein kleiner Teil auf der linken Seite war frei, damit das Personal zu einem Abstell- oder Mühlraum gelangen konnte.
Auch bei Nachfrage bekamen wir die Antwort das dies ein normales Zimmer sei.

Super hôtel au centre de Biarritz, parking, coin jardin au calme et bon restaurant. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux.

Me refiero únicamente al restaurante y si todo en el hotel es igual, lo recomiendo vivamente. Nos trataron genial en un dia de mucha lluvia, rápidos. eficientes, simpáticos y con un buen producto. Además tranquilo. Qué mas se puede pedir.

Cadre très joli et jardin bien agréable. Mais prix beaucoup trop élevés pour ce que nous avons dans l’assiette. Les plats à partager sont à fuir de part leur quantité ridicule, (la serveuse nous avait prévenu). Nourriture bonne et de qualité mais aucun raffinement.

Restaurant Le Jardin - petit havre de paix derrière cet hôtel.
Très agréable, cadre magnifique, la sangria et les desserts sont absolument divins. Je recommande également l'oeuf parfait en entrée, une valeur sûre !

Au moment de prendre un apéritif, le jardin de l hôtel silhouette, nous on accueillis sur un concert Jazz.
Le cocktail " Brise de mer" virgine est rafraîchissant avec sa base pamplemousse. ????????.
Les croques jambon truffé sont à tomber pour les plus gourmand.????????.
Une ambiance d un biarritz élégant et simple s est dégagée du Bar de la silhouette.

We spent almost a week there. Hotel staff were doing their best, were very hospitable, polite, and helpful. But the facilities may need improvement:

1. Rooms - great design and ambience, but pretty old and used up, especially in bathrooms. A rotten door, because a shower leaks on the floor right next to it, some broken hangers really spoil an otherwise great picture.

2. Cleaning during the stay - pretty poor

But again, the great location, staff, and amazing garden make this place a good spot for the holidays.

Endroit très intimiste pour un dîner en terasse sur fond musical avec un service au top (cela fait vraiment plaisir d’avoir des gens souriants) les plats sont excellent et pour le dessert on en veut plus mais on cède lorsque le plateau arrive. (L’idée de présenter les desserts est excellente)
Nous reviendrons.

l' hôtel est très bien situé au cœur du centre ville, à quelques minutes de la plage , et des halles .
Chambre confortable et le personnels très souriant .
L’hôtel est calme, le bar et la salle de restaurant donne un sur jardin très agréable.
