Stayed here for four nights, situated right in the centre of Biarritz. Hotel is nice, staff very friendly. Room quite small with a very small bed and bathroom but very clean & tidy. The only complaint we have was the AC breaking down on our last night, it was the warmest night so we roasted in the room. Staff provided a fan but it was so loud it was almost impossible to sleep. Slept great up till this point with the hotel nice and quiet.

Très jolie déco, super bien situé, une excellente literie. Idéal pour passer quelques jours. Cet hôtel est tenu par des jeunes très sympas. Plateau café / thé à disposition ainsi que la bouteille d’eau que l’on pouvait remplir avec la fontaine de l’étage. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment complet dans un cadre agréable.

The hotel was ok |We are a couple in our 60s and celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary |We had a clean but tiny room with no outlook or anywhere to dry/air beach wear.|The bathroom was large with a good walk in shower |There was a kettle and coffee in the room but you had to sit on your bed to drink it |So it really wasn’t for us |Staff were nice and helpful and location was good |We had a later flight but nowhere to change

Ostello super comfort, bellissimo esteticamente quanto perfetto funzionalmente, alloggi con tv personale, bagni completi di sapone, ganci e asciugacapelli, aria condizionata. Comodissima la posizione centrale sulla via principale di negozi, bar, ristoranti e con rapido accesso alla spiaggia e al mare. Parcheggio a pagamento a onesta distanza. Assolutamente raccomandato.

Le ménage quotidien est fait correctement.
La déco de la chambre est sympa.
Tout le nécessaire pour un café ou un thé dans la chambre.
Bel écran TV.
Les points négatifs :
Chambre côté rue très bruyante, mauvaise insonorisation.
Les serviettes de toilette sentent mauvais, elles ne sont plus vraiment blanches mais plutôt nuancées marron.
Pas de vrai douche seulement une baignoire, avec barre de douche beaucoup trop basse ( je mesure 1.76m).
Literie en mauvaise état avec un creux de chaque côté et une bosse au milieu.
Un lit plus grand serait appréciable. Pas de petit frigo.
En synthèse, peut-être par un trop gros souci d'écologie mais le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment moyen.
